Afta gettin' Cobra Custom fit irons at American golf Swansea, jus' to git clubs that were way too heavy, D6 swing weight, nuthin' like what I ordered. They sent 'em back to Cobra to adjust but refused to do nuthin' and sent 'em back. Assistant manager said nothin' more could be done, custom fit order! Clubs were useless till the Store Manager at Swansea stepped in. Got 'em sent away to a Proper Golf Club maker/fitter to adjust swing weight, Somethin' Cobra refused to do!! Clubs are now perfect. Store Manager Tim is great, only one prepared to listen and help me. Woulda had a £900 set of irons I could not have used. Well done and thank you again.

Don't recommend unless in shop. Trusted big firm. Bad journey start to end. Delayed deliveries (4 days). Bad help (lies, no callbacks, nobody owning a problem). Never had a worse time. Many better options out there.

I recently went for a fitting at American Golf Ingleby Berwick. Richard was realy knowlegable and helped me find the right club for me, thinking about my age, fitness, and ability. It was a good session with lots of useful info.

I bought some gloves and balls for £120. It took two days to get an order confirmation, and then the items never arrived. Evri, the delivery company, didn't even try to deliver for three days, which isn't AG's fault. But after that, the customer service was bad. They said the parcel would be returned to them, and then they'd give me a refund, which might take up to ten days. I understand if they need to check returned items, but I never got the parcel, and Evri confirmed it was being sent back. I called again to ask for the refund, and eventually, they did it, but I still haven't got the money. I didn't even get a refund invoice, so I doubt they've even processed it. Not good from them.

Another online disappointment.

Another online disappointment. After my previous ordeal with online shopping at American Golf, I should have learned my lesson. Yet, I decided to give them another try... what a mistake. I was expecting my new driver to arrive this week after placing my order on March 8th, 2024. However, today, March 13th, 2024, I received an email informing me that my order has been canceled. I'm extremely frustrated once again. This is by far the worst online retailer I've ever dealt with. It's baffling how such a simple task can be mishandled. It seems like American Golf excels at this, judging by other reviews I've read. I find it hard to believe that these mistakes are accidental; it seems like it's part of their standard procedure. I won't be giving them another chance.

The online service has been disappointing

The online service has been disappointing. Two recent orders resulted in returns due to either subpar quality or ill-fitting items. Both times, they initially refunded less than the original charges, rectifying the issue only when confronted with a dispute. Their return process lacks integrity, making it unlikely for me to consider using them again.
