I've been with Hireko for years and never had an issue. Every time I talked to customer service, they were polite and helpful. I even got some extra Flippers and Chippers for my friends to try out.

Ordering was easy. But delivery took longer than expected. If you need something quickly, you'll have to pay extra for shipping.

I'm a bit bothered by the shipping process, especially when I opt for the 3-day freight option on the East coast. It's okay initially, but the time it takes to actually ship the items is too long. Consequently, even with the faster freight, it still takes a total of 7 days for my order to arrive.

Disappointed with my recent purchase experience. Despite realizing on the same day of placing my order that it was headed to the wrong address, my attempts to rectify the situation were met with sheer silence from customer service. I promptly updated the shipping address and sent a note seeking assistance, but alas, no reply was ever received. The lack of communication and the consequent non-delivery of the item have left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall service. I expected a more responsive and customer-centric approach, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met.

My initial email inquiring about the shipment timeline went unanswered, leaving me a bit disheartened. It wasn't until my follow-up email that I finally received a response, explaining that the order processing takes 3-5 business days. In comparison to other companies that swiftly dispatch orders, I couldn't help but feel a bit spoiled. Competitors like Value Golf and Monark have consistently shipped my orders either on the same day or the very next. While I must acknowledge Hireko's impressive catalog, this delayed fulfillment experience has made me reconsider future orders with them.
