Eventually, you need to take the initiative and advocate for raises, which is normal in any company. While some negative feedback here may be valid, no business is without flaws. However, a few seem exaggerated and are likely from unhappy employees with grudges. Nobody is monitoring your bathroom breaks. The CEO is approachable and nice, and you won’t often have to deal with him. There’s no shouting or conflict in the office. I’ve worked here for about 5 years, and I’ve never witnessed anything like what some of these reviews mention.

Tired of using hosting providers who employ substandard technicians who haven't a clue what they're talking about AND sluggish hosting platforms - these guys deserve a big "Wow, great work!" Its nice to be surprised on the inside and when you need support from people, you actually get tech help from people who know what they're actually talking about, in a timely and fluid manner.
