    Sign-up link scheduled install by SMS. Engineer arrived on time, router was preconfigured, and Home900 tests at 920 down, 910 up. Easy.

    From the moment the doorbell rang at 9.00am until the engineers left, I couldn’t find anything to complain about. Sam, the first engineer, gave a clear and detailed explanation about the installation of our broadband. We had a tree in front of our house, and the telegraph pole was on the other side, so another team had to come with a cherry picker to thread the cable through the tree. They arrived quickly and managed to sort everything out. Once that was done, Sam got to work and connected everything up, explaining all the necessary details. By 11.30am, I was saying goodbye to a friendly and professional engineer. I can’t recommend toob enough – from installation to customer service, it was all spot on.

    Everything’s going well so far, speeds are decent

    Everything’s going well so far, speeds are decent and no issues with outages yet. Had a little trouble setting up the Sky Q system, but managed to fix it by connecting the Toob router directly to an old Sky booster we had. No issues after that.
