Marco was very professional. But Centry Link's advertising is misleading. When you change your address on mymove.com, it says Centry Link has a special offer: Free tech installation worth $129 and $55 monthly. Marco said it expired. I think it should be honored because that's how I was referred. Waiting a month for installation is not good. Why does it take a month?

The person I spoke to on the phone was really nice and answered my questions honestly. They also made sure they were saying my name correctly, which doesn't always happen with other companies. They called me back quickly and sorted everything out within a few hours, even though they said it might take up to 24 hours. It was good to have the same person call me back and they remembered things I had said before. They're a great representative for your company, and I'm glad my first interaction was with them. It makes me confident that I made the right choice going with you.

I attempted to set up my modem with my existing provider during my relocation and inadvertently reached this company's number, as the representative claimed they supported my provider. Contrary to my expectations, instead of receiving assistance with my specific inquiry, I found myself subjected to a sales pitch promoting another company and also a pitch for solar services. The earliest appointment they offered for service connection was more than 30 days away, which was utterly inconvenient. In summary, my questions remained unanswered during this interaction. Fortunately, I dialed again and secured an appointment with my actual provider, who promptly resolved the issue the following day.

Shifted between numerous representatives lacking decision-making power. The continuous transfers led to rising costs, ultimately surpassing my current provider by $5. Interaction resembled dealing with a dubious used car salesman. Displeased with the experience, contemplating an FCC complaint.

this is a total mess. Thought I signed up for Xfinity internet, but they're saying I don't even have an account. I'm here twiddling my thumbs since Wednesday, and it's already Friday. What's the deal? Now, I'm on the edge, trying to reach my credit card before they charge me for a service I don't even have! Talk about frustrating. Gotta sort this out ASAP.

Three calls deep into this internet saga, and every time they shuffled you off to the land-line folks, leaving you stuck in automated limbo. Enter a 13-digit code, and bam, hung up on – three times in a row. Had to ditch the phone game and hustle over to Xfinity in person just to get things sorted. Definitely wouldn't toss a recommendation their way.

I'm perplexed about the purpose of this company. While they completed their job, I'm encountering issues initiating my service with Frontier. My confidence in the necessity of this company has diminished, especially considering my current situation. Unsubscribing from their frequent self-promotional links has proven impossible. I'd be willing to reconsider my feedback if I can locate the unsubscribe link, which seems mysteriously absent from all promotional pages. What could be the reason? As an update, I've received courteous notes from the company and have been directed to an unsubscribe link that I hadn't noticed before. I appreciate their efforts and willingness to guide me to the unsubscribe option. I retract my initial complaint and am pleased that those who prefer not to receive postings from Allconnect can indeed opt out.

I was initially told that my Internet service would be activated on Monday, the 23rd, which I had prepared for by obtaining the required equipment. However, I received a text notification stating that the activation would be delayed until November 22. This abrupt change in the activation date, especially after having the necessary equipment, is both puzzling and inconvenient, leaving me frustrated with the service provider.
