The poles are undeniably sturdy, but their inability to withstand any tension from a volleyball net renders them practically useless. Unfortunately, the net sags to the floor, and attempting to tighten it only leads to the poles collapsing. Despite efforts to enhance stability with additional weight, the net remains unusable. This purchase turned out to be a regrettable investment of $2000.00.

Unfortunately, the reality is different—there's no way to fasten it as depicted in the pictures. Despite this disappointment, the product itself boasts great quality, compelling me to keep it. Nevertheless, it deviates from what I initially sought in my shopping, and had I known beforehand, I might have continued my search elsewhere.

I purchased an item and received a confirmation of sale. A few days later, I was informed that the item had been discontinued, and the replacement was 4 times the original price. After obtaining quotes from other companies, I discovered that the new price has indeed gone up that much. However, upon further investigation, it seems the original item was never discontinued. While I understand the convenience of stating that, I'm not entirely sure it was completely true.

Gared initially referred me to this company for the replacement part, but my experience was less than stellar. The first person I spoke to appeared to be unaware of the product or its replacement parts. She outright claimed that the company did not offer standalone replacement parts and couldn't assist me. This left me quite puzzled and disappointed as I expected a more helpful response, especially after being referred by the manufacturer. I called the company again, and this time, I was fortunate to speak with Julie. She was a breath of fresh air. Julie was not only knowledgeable about the product but also committed to helping me. She took the initiative to contact Gared, determine the exact issue, and ensure we got the replacement part on order. Her exceptional service and dedication made a significant difference. While the resolution was ultimately positive, the delayed replacement part arrived too late for our school's first volleyball tournament. In a pinch, a teacher's husband had to weld the broken piece back together, which was far from an ideal solution.
