The Vivosun website let me down when my card got declined. This forced me to resort to Amazon to purchase the same Grow tent, resulting in unexpected extra expenses. If the Vivosun website had functioned properly initially, I could have saved money and avoided the inconvenience.

Disappointed with the company's service. Struggling with my oscillating fan and inline, as only one port functions. Despite multiple emails, received no response. Even when I called during business hours, they claimed to be closed. Considering a switch to AC Infinity due to these issues.

Shipping time is my primary concern

Shipping time is my primary concern with this company. Unfortunately, overnight or same-day shipping options aren't available. Waiting 5 to 10 business days for replacement parts can be inconvenient, especially for urgent issues like a malfunctioning controller. Currently facing a problem with controllers, as they don't maintain the set Fahrenheit temperature and keep beeping. There seems to be a reset issue, possibly related to having multiple controllers (three in my case).

Shortly after my purchase, they initiated a sale, and despite my efforts, they hesitated to honor it fully, offering a mere $70 for a $100 price difference and an upgraded light. Reluctantly accepting, I faced further disappointment with malfunctioning hub and sensor, echoing a prevalent issue among users. The overall lack of customer service and problematic product functionality prompt me to consider alternative brands like Mars Hydro or Spider Farmer for my future endeavors.

The grow tent is appealing, and the kit stands out positively. However, the drip irrigation system leaves much to be desired. Despite my satisfaction with the tent, the irrigation system is a definite disappointment. I would consider purchasing the tent again but would firmly avoid investing in the flawed drip irrigation system.

My experience with this purchase was exasperating. I ordered what was supposed to be a complete kit, but it arrived in 12 separate shipments spread over 16 days. When I finally had everything, I excitedly attempted to set it up on the 17th day, only to discover that it wouldn't fit in the space I had planned for it. The most frustrating part was that by the time I realized this, most of the items were past the 7-day return period. It felt like a deliberate strategy to leave customers with little recourse. This approach to shipping and return policy is entirely unacceptable. If you're considering buying from this company, be prepared for a prolonged delivery process with multiple shipments, and be sure to check the return policy thoroughly. My overall experience was marred by these issues, and I hope others can avoid a similar ordeal.

Overall, my experience was positive. There was a minor shipping issue with the light, but it was resolved swiftly. The tent, exhaust, carbon filter, and other equipment took around 10-14 days to arrive after ordering, with the light arriving about 2 weeks later. While this delay was slightly frustrating, I was reassured that the light was on its way. I must highlight the excellent customer service I received throughout this process. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, even outside regular business hours. Whenever I emailed them, I received fairly quick responses, which was reassuring. So far, the equipment is performing as expected, and my plants seem happy. Despite the minor hiccup with shipping times, I'm satisfied with the product quality and the attentive customer service.
