Getting a reply through emails is really tough

Getting a reply through emails is really tough even though they promise to reply within 48 hours. It took me sending 3 emails and more than 10 days before they got back to me. Another thing is they don't tell you upfront that some items are from overseas and there's an extra international fee that pops up on your bank statement, not included in the initial price.

This company offers a fantastic range of options to customize your clothing and other items. If any issues arise during the process, they are quick to reach out and provide alternative choices for personalization. I've been a loyal customer for quite some time and have ordered numerous t-shirts and other merchandise from them. Every time, I've been delighted with the final products I've received.

I got this awesome custom

I got this awesome custom ornament from this company for my sons' engagement, and it's fantastic! One side has their photo, and the other side has the date they got engaged. It's so well-crafted and even came with a gold and red ribbon. My sons absolutely loved it, and I can't recommend this product and company enough!
