I purchased a custom Christmas ornament

I purchased a custom Christmas ornament from GoDuckee and it was a regrettable experience. Despite paying extra for expedited shipping on December 13th, the gift arrived as late as December 28th. The ornament resembled a poorly made childhood craft project rather than the appealing image presented during the online personalization process. The stark disparity left me utterly disappointed with the overall quality, and I found it to be an unworthy investment at $35.

Tried ringing them up, but the support number on their site is just playing hard to get – it's a dud, not working at all. Feels like I'm dealing with some ghost company here, out to snatch my hard-earned cash.

Ordered a custom mug

Ordered a custom mug for my hubby, responded to their email about the customization, and now they're pulling the "never got your email" card. To top it off, they claim the order hasn't been completed or shipped. A gift I needed next week – talk about a letdown. Oh, and in the middle of this chaos, got an email saying the order was good to go. What's up with this disorganized rollercoaster? Not the smoothest mug hunt, that's for sure.

These individuals are engaging

These individuals are engaging in fraudulent activities. Despite placing an order for keychains in mid-August, I have yet to receive the items as of November 4th. Communication with the company has been unproductive, with conflicting statements about the status of my package. They initially claimed it had shipped, then suggested it was lost, and later insisted it was delivered, even though the tracking information indicated it had been shipped just recently. Despite these issues, they refuse to refund my money, asserting that the responsibility is no longer theirs since the tracking indicates delivery. They've committed to sending another package, but the estimated arrival is another month away. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would rate them negatively if possible.

Would give zero if possible

Would give zero if possible. Ordered hoodie over a mth ago and haven’t received it yet. Sent several emails back and forth and only info I get is tracking which says awaiting item. Showed coming from Illinois now shows tracking from New York and all same dates as Illinois. Requested refund and was told item shipped yet all tracking from both states says awaiting item from shipper. Can’t speak to a live person.

Having dealt with this company, I've learned not to rely on their words or promises. Instead of refunding my whole orer, they sent me someone else's, and then promised a partial refund. Despite a month passing, nothing has materialized. My father's day was ruined and instead of getting the credit card company involved, I wanted to warn everyone else not to make the same mistake I did - avoid this company at all costs. They have proved t o be dishonest and clearly don't prioritize customer experience.

On my request to customize the hair for the male character, the team at this store went above and beyond to meet my needs. Although they didn't have a length that was long enough, they were willing to make the adjustments I asked for. The end result was perfect - an amazing anniversary gift!

I had a mixed experience with GoDuckee.com. The shirt I ordered shipped promptly, but unfortunately, our local USPS denied the package, leading to a reshipment. However, I must say that GoDuckee's customer service was fantastic throughout the ordeal. They promptly addressed the issue and reshipped the item fast. I must admit, I left a frustrated message for our local USPS, but GoDuckee handled the situation gracefully. In the end, my husband loved his Father's Day present, and that's what truly matters. Despite the initial hiccup, I appreciate GoDuckee's efforts and thank them for making my husband's day special.

I placed an order worth $45

I placed an order worth $45 on May 18th, hoping to use it as a Father's Day gift on June 18th. Sadly, the package never arrived, so I had to make alternative arrangements. When I reached out on 6/19, they mentioned the item was lost and offered a 15% refund along with a remake, which I declined since I no longer needed it. On 6/29, they once again proposed the same options, and I requested a refund. However, on 7/3, after several exchanges, they referred to their no returns policy, which doesn't apply in my case as I have nothing to return. It seems they are unwilling to issue a refund and are sending an item I no longer need. The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
