It was easy to design the custom shirt an' pick colors, upload photos, etc. The price is unbelievable...when folks ask how much it cost me, they are shocked at how affordable it was. I suspect we'll buy many more with personal logos, etc. It was much quicker receivin' it than I expected - I think under 2 weeks. Hubby was delighted with the item. I was expecting the fabric to be crummy an' the screen-printin' to be bad, but I was delighted with the quality, the sizin', an' the quality of the printin'. Hubs loved his shirt with pics of his kitty. :) Great experience!

Despite initially worrying due to some bad reviews, my encounter with GeckoCustom turned out to be pleasant. I got my personalized t-shirt earlier than expected, and it looks good! The material is nice, and the printing is well done. It made for a great gift, and the person who got it was very happy. The prices were fair too. I'd suggest this company and wouldn't mind ordering from them again for another custom item.

Extremely disappointed with the company's product. The quality is subpar as it ripped after just one use. Discovering the damage while overseas, I reached out, only to learn about the limited 30-day warranty. The inconvenience of waiting for the item to be drop-shipped from China adds to the frustration. Unless you're willing to settle for a short-lived novelty and endure a lengthy delivery, it's wise to invest your money in a higher-quality alternative.

Called up customer service, and to my surprise, they were super helpful. Sorted me out with a return and a refund for the whole order. Props to their customer service game!

The idea was lovely but wasn’t sure how it would work out. But the product was great. Delivery was faster than I anticipated. There was good communication throughout. Really happy with the overall experience. Was recent but I couldn’t tell you exact date. Sometime in October or early November.

SCAM. BEWARE. I wish I had googled them before ordering. I ordered a customized shirt. They emailed me a proof of the shirt and it was exactly what I wanted. They shipped me some random, knock off Disney shirt. The only contact method they have is email and they don’t reply. I’m filing fraud with my bank. Also with BBB.

I have now used this company twice to order custom cat items with pictures of my cat, and the results have continually delighted me! The quality of the products is excellent, the prices competitive, and the images of my cat always come out crystal-clear. I will definitely be going back for a third, and most likely a fourth time! Highly recommended.

I purchased a floor mat but it was simply too thin to use. After several emails, customer service offered a 20% refund which I accepted. Unfortunately, they requested that I remove my negative review in order to receive the refund. I believe they manipulate reviews on their website, masking any real criticism. Do not be deceived by the seemingly high ratings, the customer service is not what it seems and is present only to create a facade of customer care.

I ordered three shirts from geckocustom to send to my father, father-in-law, and deployed husband in different states. Both my dad and father-in-law loved their shirts, and I was delighted to see them before they received the gifts. However, my husband is still waiting for his due to snail-mail's slow pace, but I'm sure he'll love it too. I'm very satisfied and would definitely order more shirts. I also reached out to customer service when the shirts arrived at different times, and they were helpful and reassuring until everything was delivered. Overall, great experience and excellent customer service!

Geckocustom has been a disappointment from the start. The item I ordered turned out to be shipped directly from China, causing significant delivery issues. To make matters worse, when the picture frame finally arrived, it was in terrible condition – completely cracked and broken. Waiting for a replacement since Mother's Day has been agonizingly slow. Their products appear to be of poor quality, and the whole experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I cannot recommend Geckocustom.com, especially if you value timely delivery and quality products. It's been a frustrating journey dealing with this company.
