I think Raise is quite user-friendly
by Dabs

I think Raise is quite user-friendly and simple to set favorites and alerts to catch good deals on gift cards. They give you a year to use and test the card. When I’ve had issues, customer service has been great. I wish the support lasted longer than a year because some store locations have more issues using the gift card than others. I’d hate to be over my one year to find out one location can’t accept my card. I like how I can add other gift card numbers and pins to keep them in one place.

Raise has been my go-to for
by Anonymous

Raise has been my go-to for buying gift cards for years. Yesterday, I got an Ace Hardware card that didn't work. I reached out to support, and today they said they'd refund me and said sorry. This was the first time this happened in years. I'll still use them because they're reliable and honest.

I bought a $300 Air Bnb
by Caitlin

I bought a $300 Air Bnb gift card for a family member. When they tried to use it, there was no money on it. Even though I showed proof of buying it and proof that they got the e-card and access codes, the company won't fix it. It's really disappointing.

I bought a Panera Bread gift
by Kush

I bought a Panera Bread gift card online for $50 (Card ID: Z9661-8915-6468). However, when I tried to use it, I found out it had no balance. I contacted Raise's customer support to sort it out. It's been three days, and I haven't heard back from them. This lack of response is not good for customer satisfaction. If I don't get this resolved by the end of the week, I'm going to ask my credit card company for a refund. Be careful!

This company's claim of a 365-day
by B

This company's claim of a 365-day guarantee for their gift cards is misleading. I recently purchased an ACE gift card that turned out to be completely empty, and despite their assurance, they are unwilling to refund my money. Their promised updates within 7 days and expedited resolution within 24 hours are nothing but empty promises, as they have gone silent and failed to respond to my emails. It appears that they engage in dishonest practices by selling invalid cards, and my experience strongly advises against making any purchases from them.

After creating an account and verifying
by Melissa Miller

After creating an account and verifying with my license, everything seemed fine. However, issues arose when I attempted to withdraw funds after allegedly selling too many gift cards. My account got locked, and despite numerous emails, they remain unresponsive. Adding to the frustration, there's no available phone support. Considering reaching out to the BBB for assistance.

Bought 2 Cold Stone gift cards,
by Chris

Bought 2 Cold Stone gift cards, and both turned out to be duds. Despite reaching out immediately, it's been a week without any response or support. Quick to grab your cash, but slow to address issues. Their so-called money-back guarantee for faulty gift cards is far from the truth. Disappointing experience with their lack of customer service.

Cautionary tale for potential buyers
by Gina Burian

Cautionary tale for potential buyers: This company deals in gift cards, but proceed with caution. They often resell gift cards they've bought from customers, leading to situations where buyers end up with zero-balance cards or incorrect IDs. Despite acknowledging such issues on their site, getting a refund proves challenging. They insist on proving the card had a zero balance at the time of purchase, an impossible task. The company's oversight in understanding the flaw in their process leaves customers in frustrating situations. Exercise caution before trusting this gift card marketplace.

I bought several gift cards for a home
by Jasmine Lynn

I bought several gift cards for a home project, assured they'd be delivered instantly through the app. However, upon reaching the store, no cards were available. To worsen matters, my account is now frozen. Despite attempts to contact customer service, the provided number was disconnected. After a frustrating search, I found another automated line with no live support until 9-5. It's currently 9:15, and finding the chat option is a challenge. Regrettably, I'll have to resolve the issue with my bank. Terrible customer service; I won't be purchasing from this company again.
