Product took 6 weeks to arrive. Return address from NYC/Queens area. Tracking number showed it moving all across the Northeast US.
Returned item per website instructions.
USPS tracking said Delware address was vacant, not able to deliver. Now it been 30 days and the return package is going all over the eastern seaboard. Guess they messed with my return address. Stopped replying to my emails. Filed complaint with BBB of Delware.
Told they have large amount of complaints. Same with NJ and NY BBB.
Got the same type of product, 2 day delivery,
half the cost. Horrible company, don't buy anything from them, you'll regret your decision.
