This company is really good. I got my order today. It's just right! It took a bit over a week from ordering to getting it. I'll give it to my wife on mother's day in one week from me and our sons. I'm eager to see her reaction!

I wouldn't think twice before doing any kind of business with them. Their customer service is useless, they ignore your request until it is too late and they they want to charge you for shipping the item back to them for a refund. They are the scam artist.

The alterations to the mouth and age are quite evident, making him appear more like a girl. The headpiece choice and aging effect don't align with our expectations. Second time around with this company and déjà vu – tried to cancel within the 24-hour policy window, but it's like I was shouting into the void. No one hit me back until a whopping 5 days later. Customer service? Definitely not their strong suit. Now, I'm stuck in limbo waiting on the product. I had a huge relief

I had a huge relief after speaking to the customer service reps at the company, especially Agnelle. Even though it took multiple tries, they delivered the perfect portrait which shows the beauty of my wife's face neatly and accurately. I'm really thankful for the hard work they put in to make this a special gift for me. Every passing day brings me joy when I look at what they've done. I have to thank them for keeping their promise and delivering delightful art.

We weren't satisfied with the outcome, so we suggested changes which were largely disregarded. My partner then asked to speak to someone, but received an email instead. Consequently, she terminated the order, and were told that if we don't accept the alterations, the item will be printed without them. We reminded of the cancellation and were told it would be verified within two days, however, this still hasn't been done and our payment isn't back yet.

I'm absolutely in love with the final product from Turn Me Royal! The portraits they offer are fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the one I chose. However, I would love to see a more extensive portfolio of options, including characters like Medusa, Hercules, various mermaids, old western saloon scenes, and even dragons. While the quality is top-notch, I do find the prices a bit on the higher side, even during sales. It would be great if they could consider more affordable options without compromising on the excellent craftsmanship. One improvement I'd suggest is the ability to preview different photos before placing an order. This way, customers can select the best one that suits their preferences. Overall, I had a positive experience with TurnMeRoyal.com, but a few tweaks could make it even better!

I had a bit of trouble with Turn me royal as I couldn't specify which photo to use. The portrait was meant to be of a couple, but I only wanted the woman's picture. I'm crossing my fingers that the preview will reflect my preference. The process wasn't as straightforward as I expected, and I hope the final result turns out as I envisioned.
