Product took 6 weeks to arrive. Return address from NYC/Queens area. Tracking number showed it moving all across the Northeast US. Returned item per website instructions. USPS tracking said Delware address was vacant, not able to deliver. Now it been 30 days and the return package is going all over the eastern seaboard. Guess they messed with my return address. Stopped replying to my emails. Filed complaint with BBB of Delware. Told they have large amount of complaints. Same with NJ and NY BBB. Got the same type of product, 2 day delivery, half the cost. Horrible company, don't buy anything from them, you'll regret your decision.

Got the dog with woman for my daughter after her old dog passed away. She teared up when she saw it, but now loves and cares for it. Very well made, a lovely gift. I also got a gift bag, good quality, really nice with the carvings.

I bought two things from Yukon Design Studio, the Woman and Kitty carving and the 7-Chakra Tree Pendant Necklace. The carving is nice, but the tree pendant is terrible. It looks nothing like the picture, with the stones all crowded at the edges and the tree itself seeming bent and old. I planned to give it to my wife, but now I feel too ashamed to do it. Martin at Yukon first answered my return request, but after I sent pictures of both sides of the pendant, he has not replied to my emails for two weeks. Be careful, only buy if you don’t mind getting something that looks very differnt from the listing.

My order came in today (8/1/25) and now I'm thinking about the best way to show off my cat figurines. Glad to back a company that puts the "buyer" first in thier service! Nice work!!!

I bought "Dog and Woman." It’s really cute! It’s made well and looks just like the picture on the website. The customer support is nice too—they answer your emails quickly and are very helpfull. (I asked if I could shelac it to make the color better.) If you love dogs (or cats), I’m sure you will enjoy it as much as I do. It makes me happy and puts a big smile on my face every time I look at it. :-D I also hope they try out more diferent designs later on. :-)

Yukon design studio picks the cheapest delivery services. My order didn’t arrive after 21 days. For orders in Australia they choose Aramex. Aramex has a 1.2 star review. My order tracking hasn’t changed for 6 days. Yukon doesn’t care about orders once you pay. After shipping, they blame their cheap courier.
