The company presents itself as a local craft store in Delaware

The company presents itself as a local craft store in Delaware, but my wooden carvings arrived from China. They were packed in a Chinese box inside a plastic envelope with YunExpress and USPS labels. The USPS label showed JFK as the entry point and an Illinois return address. Tracking info from YunExpress showed the package left China on the 5th, entered the US on the 7th by air, and was delivered by USPS on the 10th.

Order not received and poor customer service

I order a product from them on 12/22/2024 and after I placed the order I found out it would take 1-3 days of processing and another 6 - 12 days for delivery. within 10 hours of order, I emailed and texted them to cancel the order and they told me it was already processed and I can return it when I received it. They also provided me with a tracking #. By 12/30/2024 the product arrived at a DHL facility in Manassas, VA (about 100 miles from where I live). By 1/1/ 2025, it was still setting there. I contact them via email 1/5/25 and told them about not receiving it and they said it will arrive the next day and provided me with a different tracking number. When I checked the tracking number, it showed the product is setting in a DHL facility in NJ (weird right?) Between 1/6/2025 and now I have sent them 2 more emails telling them the product is still setting there at the DHL facility in NJ. However, no more response from them. It appears to be a scam or just poor customer service, take your money an run. They have already taken money from my credit card account!

It has been two weeks & no sight of my oder

Placed an order for 2 sculptures on 12/4/24. So far, vague updates on where my shipment is. I'm starting to wonder if Yukon legit. I sent an email & awaiting a response.

I bought two things from Yukon Design Studio, the Woman and Kitty carving and the 7-Chakra Tree Pendant Necklace. The carving is nice, but the tree pendant is terrible. It looks nothing like the picture, with the stones all crowded at the edges and the tree itself seeming bent and old. I planned to give it to my wife, but now I feel too ashamed to do it. Martin at Yukon first answered my return request, but after I sent pictures of both sides of the pendant, he has not replied to my emails for two weeks. Be careful, only buy if you don’t mind getting something that looks very differnt from the listing.

I recently bought two Handmade Pawfect Carving™ – 2. Woman & Dog (floppy ears) from Yukon Design Studio, and I am very happy with my choice! These artworks are really touching—each one nicely shows the quiet, special bond between a woman and her floppy-eared dog. I gave one as a present and kept the other for myself—and both people (including me!) felt moved by the simple, heartfelt design. I bought "Dog and Woman." It’s really cute! It’s made well and looks just like the picture on the website. The customer support is nice too—they answer your emails quickly and are very helpfull. (I asked if I could shelac it to make the color better.) If you love dogs (or cats), I’m sure you will enjoy it as much as I do. It makes me happy and puts a big smile on my face every time I look at it. :-D I also hope they try out more diferent designs later on. :-)

The package we first got had some damage

The package we first got had some damage, so I reached out to Yukon to sort it out. They quickly said sorry and arranged for a new one to be sent. The replacement came in perfect shape, and we are happy with it, especially since it's a gift for our granddaughter this Christmas. Even though I mentioned only the dog was broken, they sent the whole item again, which was kind. Great service from Yukon and a very decent product too!

I was typing in my shipping and mailing info when I accidantally sent it too quick and saw it still had my old address saved. I right away sent an email to Yukon Design Studios with the updated details. They got back to me and said it was fixed. My order came in today (8/1/25) and now I'm thinking about the best way to show off my cat figurines. Glad to back a company that puts the "buyer" first in thier service! Nice work!!!

The carving of the lady and dog with floppy came out so nice and makes me feel better when my pup is at my family's place since it looks just like him. Got one for a friend for Christmas too and she liked hers alot. The finish is really nice and smooth. The site is simple to look through and find what you want. It was packed well and came quick. Would surely recomend.

The delivery time is the only downside for me. I wouldn’t order anything there that needs to be given soon. If you’re not in a rush to get the product, everything works well.

I recently received 2 of the Pawfect Dog Carvings as a Valentine's gift. They are really cute, a nice change from the usual. I don't think my husband had any problem with delivery. I remember they came before Valentine's Day since I was the one who received them. I would definitely consider giving them to others as gifts.
