The company presents itself as a local craft store in Delaware, but my wooden carvings arrived from China. They were packed in a Chinese box inside a plastic envelope with YunExpress and USPS labels. The USPS label showed JFK as the entry point and an Illinois return address. Tracking info from YunExpress showed the package left China on the 5th, entered the US on the 7th by air, and was delivered by USPS on the 10th.

I bought 4 wooden sculptures from Yukon Design Studios. All of them were nicely made and appreciated by the person I gave them to. I encountered a problem with one of the items, but Yukon Design Studios handled it swiftly and in a good manner. I will return to them when I need a present for someone.

I’ve usually had poor experiences with Facebook ads, but I gave YukonDesign a chance since the carving looked adorable and reminded me of the poses I often do with my dog. I’m quite satisfied with the product’s quality and the updates about shipping. I’d surely buy from them again.

Although the product is good

Although the product is good, the delivery was not so great. I ordered from Singapore, and it took about 2 weeks to arrive. I needed to reach out to customer service to see what was going on. Like other reviews mentioned, the product came from China.

A rocky beginning as one of the two wooden items I ordered lacked a vital part. Still, after sending an email to Yukon, they quickly sent a new item for the one with the issue, so I'm quite pleased.
