They took my money and cancelled service

I signed up paid in full before I was made aware there had to be someone to be present during any sessions. I lived in a rural area and it was several months before I could setup coordinate someone to help out. By then they had cancelled all services without providing any, kept my money and offered $0 refund. When I signed up they emphasized their goal of helping people, when the cancelled they only emphasized corporate policy from the fine print. Marketing department going in. Legal department covering their *** on the way out. $1,300 for literally nothing and they couldn’t possibly care less. 😪

I spent over $3,000 to join the program and it's been a headache ever since. It takes days to get any response. My medical appointments were cancelled twice, and I've been requesting a refund for a month. Rip-off company.
