I’ve bought sunglasses from this company several times

I’ve bought sunglasses from this company several times for me and my wife. I also got my prescription glasses done here and I have no complaints. The service is really good. Recently I sent in my glasses to get a scratched lens replaced. I packed them up, sent them off, and because they had my prescription from before they replaced the lens in about a week. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for prescription glasses, these are my go-to people please keep up the great work.

I found your service really good. I bought many glasses and you could have just taken my money, but instead you checked the amount and explained everything clearly to me. You said 3 glasses were correct and it was fine to return them for a full refund. That kind of care is rare these days, and I really apreciate it. I believe many other companies wouldn’t bother like that. I only bought one pair so far, but I will definetly recommend your company to others.

I had a really great experience ordering prescription sunglasses from Pretavoir. First, the Tom Ford frames I chose were way cheaper than what I found elsewhere. Also, the service was amazing, with friendly and helpful staff keeping me updated all the time. My new sunglasses with prescription lenses showed up just in time for my trip, even though they had to be made and sent out really quickly. I would definetly suggest them and plan to buy again.

I believed returning the item would be hard

I believed returning the item would be hard, but completing the form was simple, and the postman came right to my door to collect the package with the sticker. It made the whole process really easy. I received an email saying the refund was sent, though the money didn’t show up the same day — it arrived after 2 days, which was fine by me. Everything went fine and smooth.

Good prices and friendly customer support with quick delivery to US. I bought expensive glasses with Rx lenses (way cheaper than other places I checked) and noticed after getting them that I put in the wrong Rx. They fixed it fast by accepting my glasses back, swapping the lenses to the right Rx, and sending them back to me. I would definitely buy from them again!

I just got my rimless glasses re-lensed at Pretavoir, and I’m really happy with how they look. I’m very picky about fit and comfort, and the new lenses are smooth, exact, and comfy to wear all day. The work is really good, and you can see they care about every little thing. Definitely a great choice for anyone who wants comfortable eyewear.

I've used Pretavior around 8 times and each time their service has been great. I placed an order for a pair of Burberry Carnaby Sunglasses on Tuesday 29th April at 2pm, and they arrived by 11am the very next day. Fast and reliable service every time. I won’t buy sunglasses from anywhere else. Great service once again.

I got my husband a pair of Raybay Bifocal glasses for much less than a big chain store would ask. We also chose Zeiss lenses, which feel way nicer than the random brands most stores offer. Customer service was very good, Pretavoir answered emails quickly. Shipping came fast, and the order process was easy. 10/10!

I had an accident and snapped the nose piece of my favorite glasses. I wanted to get the same frames again because I liked them a lot. I looked all over the Boston area but couldn’t find them. Then I found them on pretavoir. I placed the order, and the frames came fast.

The delivery service works well.

The delivery service works well. However, I have a doubt about Ted Baked quality. After using the sunglass 5-6 times, the side ear holder stick became loose. It keeps falling off my nose.
