Initially, I was worried after reading some reviews, but this was the only site offering international shipping for a pair not available in France, so I gave it a shot. Shipping took a while (ordered March 29th, got it April 22nd) but the glasses are cool. I'd buy again.

The only reason I'm not giving 5

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is 'cause it takes a bit long to get the glasses. Took 'bout 3 weeks - maybe a few days more - but I paid $150 less than others. I'd recommend 'em and will use again. My advice: call customer service if buying a popular frame to make sure it's in stock. I didn't have this prob, but seems common.

The company took a long time to craft and deliver my glasses, despite the website stating it would take 4-10 business days. It actually took 14 business days. Additionally, I had to pay duty fees when the glasses arrived in Canada. Furthermore, I ended up shelling out an extra $101 for reframing and reconfiguring, along with another $29 for processing, on top of the already significant $1000 spent on the glasses. This experience left me quite dissatisfied.

Ordered frames. Company claims

Ordered frames. Company claims they were delivered, but after waiting a few days to check with neighbors, no sign of them. USPS carriers seem to mark packages delivered prematurely, and now I'm out $202.50. The company is making the insurance process unnecessarily delayed by putting the responsibility on me to submit, when it's actually their obligation. Coolframes, refund my money so I can purchase my glasses from a reliable source.

This company is awful.

This company is awful. We placed an order on Wednesday for next day delivery. No response from them on Thursday. Called today and was told it takes 4 days to process. WHY EVEN OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY IF YOU DON'T DO THAT?? SCAM! My son had been having terrible headaches while waiting for his new glasses. We CHOSE this company because we thought it would be super fast. Not the case! They refuse to refund the next day shipping fee too! Awful way to do business! We were told they won't be delivered until late next week. This is such a horrible way of doing business. I will never buy from here again. Thanks for showing what horrible customer service you have. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. So disappointed this company REFUSED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

The glasses I had initially

The glasses I had initially purchased were not there, so they offered me a refund or to buy them in another color. I bought them in another color, however, I did not like them. I have been emailing them daily asking to exchange or return them and they have NOT responded! The after-sales service is horrible!
