After reading various reviews, I hesitated to buy glasses from this company. Despite my concerns, I decided to order two pairs of prescription glasses. I'm happy to report that I'm quite satisfied with my purchase. The glasses arrived promptly, just six days after I placed the order on March 20th. I love the glasses and would consider buying from this company again.

Given the circumstances, I needed a quick order during my short visit to the US, with only 12 days available. When I made my order, I made it clear to a representative about my tight schedule, and they assured me that they would prioritize my order - and they did. However, there was a bit of a hiccup when my order got delayed in Memphis, Tennessee for more than five days. Thankfully, I received my order just in time today. I want to express my gratitude to every Customer Service Rep who dealt with my follow-ups patiently. In summary, the service with Zeelool was really good, considering the rush situation I was in.

Emails go unanswered, despite the misleading comments from their automated bot. While promotional texts flood your inbox regularly, any inquiries about frames remain ignored for months.

Shipping costs were reasonable at $9.95. The frames arrived surprisingly quickly, just 5 days from order to delivery. While I can't comment on the lens quality, the frames themselves are well-crafted. My only gripe is that they appeared smaller on the models' faces than in reality, prompting my decision to return them.

Received beautiful glasses, but unfortunately, the prescription was incorrect. Despite explaining the issue, the customer service experience was disappointing; they insisted on payment for the error. Regrettably, I won't be shopping here again. Despite the quality, the overall experience, particularly customer service, fell short of expectations.

These glasses are adorable, no doubt, and the quality is on point. But, there's a little quirk – the midrange is riding a bit high, making me do the head-tilt shuffle for distance vision. They're progressives, so I expected an adjustment period, but three days in, still waiting. When I peek at my phone or glance down at the countertops, things get a bit wavy. Hoping this sorts itself out in a couple more days because, you know, I want to see straight, not wavy!

Just two days into rocking those glasses, and the arm decides it's time for a solo journey. Talk about bad timing. Seems like the "you get what you pay for" saying hit home. Super disappointed right now. Fingers crossed Zeelool steps up, makes things right, and maybe sends the replacement pair zooming over to you overnight.

These glasses have been a major disappointment. Despite purchasing two pairs, both are far from providing clear vision, even though I've had no issues with the same prescription in the past. While the frames are undeniably gorgeous and of decent quality, the lenses have proven to be subpar. In my future purchases, I'll stick to buying their frames only. The customer service experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Emails and inquiries go unanswered, and when a complaint is submitted, the response is a cryptic "solved" status, leaving me bewildered about what, if anything, was resolved. It's evident that there's a lack of trained professionals handling prescriptions, and the robotic responses to complaints only add to the frustration. It seems that the old adage holds true – you get what you pay for. I'm left with no choice but to initiate a chargeback to reclaim my money due to the company's unacceptable lack of responsiveness. This experience has been thoroughly disappointing.

This review pertains to my sixth and seventh pairs of glasses from Zeelool, and unfortunately, they will be my last. My initial five pairs, ordered about a year ago, were excellent. However, my recent purchases, for which I paid an extra $70 per pair for the thinnest lenses (1.74 high index), have left me deeply dissatisfied. Contrary to expectations, the lenses in both pairs appear unusually thick, resembling magnifying glasses rather than the promised thin high-index lenses. Despite their reassurances that the lenses are correct and the thickness is due to frame size, my previous large frames had thinner lenses with virtually the same prescription. Feeling like I am being misled, I am returning both pairs. Customer service has added to the frustration, with malfunctioning live chat, an unresponsive phone line, and a lack of emails from support. A call back, received two days later, provided a return address in California, with the added inconvenience of having to cover my own shipping costs, as they insist the lenses are high index. Once my refund is processed, I will be concluding my association with Zeelool.

My experience was a good one, as usual. However, the product that I chose was on sale a few days later. I really wish that I could have gotten them at the sale price. This company is the best at providing what the consumer is in search of and it's very up-to-date on all the styles.
