I’ve been ordering from ContactLens.com for a long time. The process from selecting my lenses to checkout, is straightforward. Always very good prices when comparing to other websites which is why I keep coming back. Shipping is fast and there is a quantity discount on my lenses so I get a lower price with free shipping. Another major bonus is the lack of any hidden fees, shop around for contacts and bit and you'll get a lot of real bait and switch pricing, so tired of it. I highly recommend giving them a try.

The responses were quick and really useful. The Customer Service team showed a lot of effort in helping me fix the problem. It was obvious to me during the process that fixing the issue was just as important to the Customer Service team as it was to me.

great prices no hidden fees

I have used contactlense.com for several years. I have to purchase lenses by 1 and 2 boxes at a time (not for a year). They offer good prices for the small order and the prie is what you pay. There is no purchase requirement for a lower price or hidden added fees that show up when you happen to notice at checkout. Shipment I choose is by mail that takes a couple of days but the order is sent out right away. Just allow a few days for delivery if you choose mail. I have had no problem at all. Make sure you order from the correct company when you open the website.

I ordered contacts from this company over a month ago and it's been a nightmare. First, they sent me someone else's contacts. When I called to let them know, the guy was super rude when I mentioned I didn't have a printer. I managed to get the wrong contacts back to the right person as soon as I got the new label, but then I received another box with the wrong prescription again. So, I had to prove I got the wrong ones by sending a picture. Apparently, this mix-up happened to at least three of us. I'm now a month without my correct contacts, and when I emailed them again, the response was rude, acting like it was all my fault. Melissa even had the nerve to ask if I could find someone with a printer in my tiny, middle-of-nowhere town. I kept telling them I didn't have access to one! To top it off, they wanted me to send the other person's contacts to them at my expense. Seriously?! This company is awful! They refused to overnight a label, saying it would cost $40, in the most condescending tone. They acted like this whole mess was my fault. I'm never using this company again and I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I've never been so disrespected in my life. I've got all the emails to prove how badly they've treated me. And remember, this didn't just happen to me—it happened to at least two other people. Stay far away from this company!
