Here’s my take on the company. The glasses I got didn’t work out. It seems Oakley changed something in the design of the same model, and they didn’t fit like my older pair. The prescription was perfect, but the frames were smaller, and they didn’t fit properly. Even though I had to return them, the customer service was very good. They responded quickly and were always professional. We tried a few different things, including sending photos to show what went wrong. In the end, I think Oakley made some changes to their frames, but the glasses supplier was helpful and processed my return with a full refund.
