    It is a scam operation. They send you merchandise that is not what you ordered and unusable. Then they charge you shipping to return the merchandise, along with a 15% restocking fee. That information is hidden in their "policies" section. Deceptive and misleading sales practice.

    For starters awesome customer service. I asked **** to check my order. Wasn’t sure if I did it correctly. When I checked out and paid I realized the offer code was not added. They didn’t hesitate on making the adjustment and assured me my glasses were 100% correct. Thanks again!!!!
