After placing an order for prescription sunglasses, the confirmation looked fine, then the status sat in processing for a week. I called and hit a long hold, but an email follow up explained they were waiting on frames. They eventually shipped and the quality is good, just a slower timeline than I expected. The return and warranty notes were a bit confusing in the help center, so I kept them rather than risk a lengthy exchange. Good prices, communication could be more proactive.

Walked in for a basic sight test and left with the right script, so that part was fine. The sales bit after was a tad much, with coatings and varifocals pushed several times. I get it, offers are part of the model, but it felt like work to say no. Collection day was smooth and the frames fit nicely. Service quality varies by store, I guess. If you’re decisive, you’ll be alright. Still, tone it down a notch please.
