    I bought two pairs of progressive specs and had a pretty cool experience. Uploaded my prescription during the order and asked the team to double-check it. They did just that, which was super reassuring. The service? Solid, no complaints there. The quality of the glasses really impressed me, and the packaging was neat and tidy—nothing over the top, just right. It’s nice to see a company that gets the details right without making a fuss. The glasses fit great, and I can see perfectly. I'll probably return next time I need new specs. It’s not every day you find a place that nails both service and product quality like this.

    Alright, so I ordered these glasses thinking they'd be a great addition to my collection. When they arrived, I noticed they came straight from China, which wasn't mentioned anywhere on the site. The arms are a bit chunky and don’t really fit comfortably around my ears. But here's the kicker: the website is filled with nothing but glowing 5-star reviews. I mean, come on, not everything can be perfect, right? It feels a bit misleading. They should be more upfront about where the glasses come from and maybe allow for some honest feedback. I just wish they’d be more transparent about the whole deal.

    I just switched over to Lens Direct for my contacts, and it's been great! Sari from customer service was a gem, really listened and helped me sort out my issue with such kindness. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares like that these days. Her patience and understanding made everything so easy. Now, I can't imagine going back to my previous supplier, who never gave me this level of personal attention. Just feels good to know there's someone on the other end who gets it.
