This is wild. I ordered an $80 order over a month ago. I ordered at checkout with my Shope account so that it would also have tracking. I have yet to receive a tracking number and on the shope app it shows my order but that it has NOT even shipped and still in the “preparing” stage? This is wild. I have contacted 3 times through the only way I have found with not a single response beside the automated message immediately that states they will be in contact within 24 hrs! Really! I guess my time and their time is different. I also emailed without a response! I will be disputing my purchase with my bank. I have all the documentation and proof that it has still not been prepared because of shope but that apparently doesn’t help of the company doesn’t exist to contact about your orders. Way to go SheCurve for being the worst “official” company I have ever ordered from! I hope maybe I finally get a response for posting this? Order number 1378708 maybe that helps … crazy
