    Hey folks, just wanted to share my recent experience. I’ve been waiting over a week for an electrical hook-up, and it's been a bit of a headache. I’ve called multiple times to get an appointment, but no luck so far. It’s really frustrating, you know? If anyone knows how to speed up the process or has a direct contact, that'd be awesome.     I had a pretty rough experience with a stair lift company. I reached out to them with some concerns about my lift, hoping for a bit of help or advice. Instead, all I got was a dismissive response, like "Hey, as long as it gets you from A to B, what's the problem?" I mean, seriously? I expected a bit more understanding and customer care. Luckily, I decided to try another company, and wow, what a difference! They were super helpful and really listened to what I needed. If you're in the market, definitely check out other options. It's worth it to find someone who actually cares about their customers!
