We had Gutter Helmet put in during July 2016. The product has worked really well. Recently, we had some really strong winds, some even thought it was a tornado, and it lifted a 20' part from the eavestrough. I was worried we had a big problem! I called Gutter Helmet. In THIRTY MINUTES, the Gutter Helmet rep (I believe his name was Chris) fixed it like it was brand new! Then, I asked how much it would cost, and he said "NO CHARGE"! All I can say is that Gutter Helmet was really fair and went above and beyond! WOW!

The team showed up on time and finished quickly. They were nice and careful with our property. The best part? No surprises or extra costs. We've already told our neighbors and family about Gutter Helmets and would use them again without thinking twice.

Gutter Helmet has been a solid choice for years, so when we needed more for our new project, we chose them again due to our past good experience and how well it lasted and performed.

I had Gutter Helmets installed on my house 3 years ago.

I had Gutter Helmets installed on my house 3 years ago. They told me I could get a FREE annual inspection and cleaning if I called the company. Last year, I noticed pine needles and debris on the edges of my Gutter Helmets, and rain started splashing over the edge onto the ground. I asked for the free inspection and cleaning, but they said it would now cost $50 per visit. I went ahead with the cleaning, but the Gutter Helmets got clogged again and failed within 6 months. The product worked well when it was kept clean, but once debris built up on the edge, it didn’t work as expected.

This company said we’d get free gutter

This company said we’d get free gutter cleaning and checkup. Now I’m told it’s $50 due to higher labor costs. THIS IS UNFAIR!

Incomplete installation and poor follo-up

The one star is for the fact that they did show up! The team was in and out in a very short time and left without advising me that they were done even though they knew I was home as we had spoken when they arrived. They did install gutter guards, but that was all. The contract I had with Lednor included re-leveling of the gutters, check caulking, and clean out the downspouts. I had specifically brought the downspouts to the attention of the sales person as I knew them to be blocked. I have no evidence that any of these requirements were completed by them, on the contrary, it is obvious that the downspouts were not cleared . The first rain we had just days after they installed the guards resulted in the continued overflowing of the gutters. It is noticeable that the main overflow is from the end away from the downspout which, to me, indicates that the slope of the gutters is opposite to what is needed and that this portion of the contract as ignored. These overflows continue to destroy my garden below the gutters. The contract was for a not inconsiderable sum of money, all of which was very quickly charged after the crew were here without any enquiry from them as to my satisfaction. Obviously their billing department is efficient!! I complained immediately that it was obvious that they had failed to complete the job, sending photo's to show their failure, and was told that they were running 2-3 weeks out for service and that the installation crew would be in touch to advise me when they could be expected. There was no intimation that they would prioritize this as a correction to a failed installation. That was on June 9th. It is now June 28th and nothing from them. Obviously customer satisfaction is a somewhat low priority. The only correspondence I am receiving consistently from the company is encouraging me to recommend them to my friends and family. Are they joking?
