I put in a request for reimbursement for backup care, part of my job benefits. Care.com was difficult to reach, and it's been a month since my claim got approved, yet I've got nothing. When I called, they said no supervisor was available and they sent my query to "finans." They said I'd hear back in 10-15 biz days.

BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE GETTING PREMIUM They won't return your money even if there aren't enough caretakers. I couldn't find anyone to work on weekends or for less than an agency (which has people who work weekends). I'd suggest finding care somewhere else, as I wasted $40 on a monthly fee and got no help!

The company's customer service was dissapointing. The agents were not helpful and sometimes rude. One agent, maybe Karen, was better.
