Hexclad truly keeps the promice.

First of all, it's a good price of cookware, but what makes a brand really great is the way they deal with waranty issues. A problem can happen, but Hexclad has really a good and responsive help desk and I got an imediate replacement after some basic checks and information exchange. Good product good service!

Now, the real test was after 2 years of whipping up goodness, and guess what? One of my pans started acting up with its non-stick magic. But here's the cool part – I shot a message to HexClad, answered a couple of their questions, and bam, they're replacing the pan. The whole shebang took just 24 hours. That right there is what I call standing strong behind that lifetime warranty guarantee. Lesson learned: You fork out a bit more for HexClad, but hey, you're getting your money's worth.

Got the set quickly. Nice packaging. Best inside. Pots and pans look nice but cooking is best. If you have induction they heat up fast. And boil at low temp. Sear is absolutely perfect. They're pretty big, so tight fit in my old 1970s kitchen. But I'm loving them. Very easy clean up too. No egg remains after making scramble eggs.

This cookware's so pretty, and it's better than I thought! I love watching cooking shows, so I notice cookware. I checked out others, but I always went back to HexClad! It cooks just like they say! Gordon Ramsay's right about HexClad! Great cookware! It's kinda expensive, but totally worth it!

Awesome cookware and super helpful customer service if you run into any problems. I would definitely suggest it. When I first opened mine, I watched some Gordon videos to pretend he was yelling at me, haha. They stick to their lifetime warranty and truly want to make sure you're happy!

Man, these pans were supposed to be the non-stick champs, especially for scrambling eggs – at least that's what the ads and videos promised. But reality check: eggs sticking like crazy. Contacted the company, and they agree to replace them, but the catch? I gotta foot the bill for the return – a whopping $90. Would've been way cooler if they just owned up to the glitch, something like, "Hey, if these pans aren't sliding eggs around like they should, we messed up. We'll replace them, no cost to you." Simple, right? Props to the customer service team for getting their act together after the initial fumble. The people were great, no doubt, but that sneaky language and the return cost knocked my rating down to a meh 3.5 stars. Fingers crossed the new ones actually play nice with my eggs!

Ugh, what a headache with these pots and pans from Black Friday! Ordered a set, and while most were cooking bliss, the medium-sized pan turned out to be a total dud – burned food in the same spots every time. Contacted tech support through Instagram, did the whole picture and heating routine they asked for, and guess what? Nada changed. Then they hit me with a denial, claiming it's not covered by the warranty, trying to make it sound like I'm the guilty party. Seriously? After some back-and-forth, they finally caved and sent a replacement pan. But let's be real, the whole runaround cost them my loyalty. Never again with these guys, and I even talked my friends out of getting the same cookware. Bye-bye, HexClad!

A serpenyők masszívak és egyenletesen melegszenek indukción is. Takarítás könnyű, de az aeroszolos olajat tényleg érdemes kerülni. Kézikönyv érthető, garancia feltételek tiszták. Ára magasabb, de eddig tartósnak tűnik. A fedelek passzolnak pontosan.
