I got a new MDA & hose for my
by Clifford

I got a new MDA & hose for my Cyclone Rake XL. I put in the MDA, but my old hose worked fine. I sent back the new hose with no problems. Order thru Waymon was smooth. Delia & Ken handled the return, no problems. I'll get the hose rack soon, hope no issues.

My opinion about the company
by Pat

My opinion about the company is that their customer service was great. Waymon Boone helped me with my order and answered all my questions nicely. It took six days for my order to arrive, which was good. I liked being updated on the progress.

I had a lot of questions to ask before I
by Leo Stoltz

I had a lot of questions to ask before I could decide to buy. The Cyclone rep (Wayman - sorry if I got the name wrong) was nice to work with, answered all my questions and more. I'm excited about getting my Commander model!

Ordered this Commercial Pro rake
by James Dunnavant

Ordered this Commercial Pro rake last Tuesday, and bam, it's at my doorstep today – just eight days later, and that's even with Thanksgiving in the mix. Two hours of assembly, a quick trial before sunset, and guess what? One pull, and it fired right up! Works like a charm. Here's the kicker – ordered on a Tuesday, and bam, Wednesday hits with a $200-off sale. Shot customer service an email, and they hooked me up without a hitch. Tracking was on point, assembly was a breeze, and everything I needed was right there. I gotta say, this whole purchase journey has been top-notch. Never had a better experience snagging something like this. Oh, and get this – they're all the way in Connecticut, and I'm chilling in California. Eight days ain't bad at all. Plus, I actually followed the directions this time – something I don't normally do. Can't wait to see this bad boy in action for years to come. Cyclone Rakes, you're doing it right!

Man, ordering was ez
by Thomas Aleks

Man, ordering was ez, and talk about speed – had that thing set up in a jiffy! Two tiny holes for the hitch, and bam, I was on the road in under an hour. Now that's what I call easy peasy. This company's got the setup game down pat.

Oh man, this thing is a leaf-clearing
by Walter Kandel

Oh man, this thing is a leaf-clearing superhero! I've been loving it since the leaves started falling – it's turned the whole leaf cleanup into a breeze. Runs like a champ, and it's crazy impressive how it sucks up those leaves. Was a bit nervous about the fixed unit in the back at first, but now I'm zooming around like an Indy driver. Don't let the learning curve throw you off – I've mastered pulling into tight spots and backing out like a pro. Turns out, it's a nimble beast. Plus, it's a breeze to unpack and store. Takes up minimal space, and that's a win. I've even become the neighborhood leaf hero – tackling about 3/4 acre with tons of oaks. This unit's just the right size. Honestly, wish I had grabbed this gem a decade ago. Now, I'm even doing the neighbor's leaves. Leaf-clearing champ, right here!
