I'm just a regular homeowner, not a paid actor. I got Elite Home Warranty in April 2024, and I've used it twice already, and it's only July. I was worried at first because they are in Brooklyn, NY, and I'm in Yardley, PA, but they had great deals, so I decided to try them. They are not a mistake! They've already paid me $500 for a new microwave and another $419 for an electrical breaker for my pool, which my own electrician fixed. They are fast, easy to deal with, and very fair. I'm paying about $800 a year for over $18K worth of coverage, and I can pay it monthly. How can you beat that? I HIGHLY recommend them, plus they're really nice and thorough!

Jonathan walked me through the warranty purchase and did a great job explaining everything. He even gave me his direct line for any future issues. I waited until I used the warranty to write this. The service team that came to fix my AC unit was fantastic. They had to replace a motor, and everything was approved fast. The company that did the job was paid before they left. I've had other warranties, and nothing went this smoothly! The AC techs even said this was the easiest company they've worked with! A wonderful experience!

Jonathan sold me my warranty and did an excellent job explaining everything. He also gave me a direct line to reach him if I had any issues. I didn't want to write a review until I used the warranty. They sent some great guys to fix my AC unit. A motor needed replacing. The work was approved fast, and the company got paid before the workers left. I've had other home warranties, and nothing ever went smoothly! The AC guys even said this is the easiest company they've ever worked with! This was a fantastic experience!!!

Some employees just have that special touch, and Michael definitely does. The service he provided is what makes a company stand out. Elite is the second home warranty company I've used, in comparison they are very inefficient. Their website is a giant add. There is no way to log in and file a claim, or follow up on a claim. You have to call their service number. I waited on hold over 30 minutes to submit a claim. Then waited three days to have them return my call. Was on hold for over an hour to have my claim denied. The people I spoke were not helpful. I was bounced around from representative. I had repeatedly ask for an email to verify correspondence. It took three attempts. I requested to cancel my contract and receive a refund. It has been 24 hours and received no response from the company. Based on the reviews, I didn't expect to have this kind of problem. If you choose elite, good luck.
