My experience with Garland

My experience with Garland was quite different from what was initially portrayed. Unfortunately, the return process turned out to be more challenging than expected, and to add to the inconvenience, I had to cover the return shipping costs. Needless to say, this aspect of the transaction left me feeling less than satisfied. Dealing with return hassles and unexpected expenses is never a pleasant experience, and it certainly detracted from my overall impression of the company.

The company is good. I found what I wanted easily. Marsha from Treetime helped me. I bought a bag for my tree. It's strong and has zippers. It was easy to put the tree in. My husband and I liked how easy it was to carry. We're happy with the bag and will buy another for our smaller tree.
