Dealing with Interior Icons has been a real letdown. I coughed up extra for that white glove delivery for the Dante Marble Table in July, but come November, surprise surprise, they discontinued it without a word. Had to send three hefty crates packing, with one weighing a whopping 659 lbs! After some back-and-forth, they agreed to refund the shipping, but now I'm left to foot the bill for local white glove delivery. Fast forward a month, and the table finally rolls in – in pieces, thanks to a shoddy job by AGS. They're sending a replacement, but guess who's stuck with the pricey removal of a 600+ lbs crate? Yeah, yours truly. And don't get me started on customer service – it's all emails, no hotline to dial. Currently on a refund quest, but Interior Icons seems allergic to owning up to their boo-boos. Save yourself the headache, folks, and steer clear of these guys.

I've bought a lot from Interior Icons. Their stuff is good quality and not too expensive. But last year I got 2 sets of chairs (7 chairs altogether). I only got one set, after loads of delays. And they're the wrong color. Trying to send them back is a headache. My original order got split because I wanted to get at least some chairs sooner. But now, when I try to return them on the website, it says I don't get any refund because of a new order number. I used the old number like they said, but it looks like the order got canceled and I can't return anything. And now, the rest of my order won't come until June. I ordered back in September! I wish someone from customer service would actually call me. Emailing hasn't helped much. I wait a day for a reply, then there's another problem, and we start all over again.

After going through numerous negative reviews, my opinion about this company is quite negative. I made a substantial furniture purchase totaling over $5,000, but the experience turned out to be a complete disappointment. Despite the long wait of 5 months, I only received one chair out of the entire order. The remaining items were either significantly delayed or marked as "delivered" but never reached me. What worsened the situation was the lack of customer service support. There's no available phone number to reach out to, and whenever I attempted to address any issues, I was met with silence from the company's end. It seems like the company might be facing severe legal challenges, possibly due to allegations of design theft, which could be leading them towards financial distress or even bankruptcy.

This is my second purchase from Interior Icon. First purchase was the Plith coffee table and now the matching Plith end tables. Based on the coffee table I purchased last year I expect that I will be as thrilled when I receive the end tables. The quality of the coffee table is excellent and everyone comments on it. The only negative is that I wish it were easier to connect with customer service, which it is not. Even by email… I also wish their shipping options were stronger. I’ve just ordered two very heavy pieces and will need assistance getting them uncrated and into my home, but because of the limited shipping options, that now is on me to figure out, which is why only a 4 star rating.

Ordered 6 chairs and a coffee table at the end of January with a promise of 2-day shipping. Reality: only received 1 chair and the coffee table after almost a month. The chair arrived poorly packaged, with scratches, uneven wood, and visible glue. The company lacks a phone number and responds to emails selectively. Out of 6 chairs, only 1 delivered, and the missing chair seems untraceable. While the travertine table was decently priced and well-packaged, the overall experience suggests they prioritize appearance over quality. Regretful for believing positive reviews; the stress isn't worth the savings.

Big red flag, guys! Don't even think about dealing with this company. The reviews on their site? Total fakes. They happily pocket your money and then play hide-and-seek with the product you paid for. Get ready for a barrage of bogus emails that lead nowhere, and when you finally scream for your money back, they hit you with a "no can do." Save yourself the headache and steer clear. Seriously, shoutout to USA consumer protection – they might need to step in on this one.

The whole Interior Icons site makes you want to redo your whole house. Cool furniture and fun to imagine in your home. I ordered a Pelican Lounge chair. It's just amazin. I had one issue with the shipmet. The box the chair was shipped in was essntially torn apart, resultin in some damage to two of the chair legs. This issue was resolved to my satisfactin. While waitin to resolve the problem I ordered a lamp and a side table. Unique. Can hardly wait for the arrival.

I purchased a coffee table from Interior Icons. Despite a significant delay in shipment, the table eventually arrived. While the packaging was meticulous, the quality control was lacking. The initial table had scuff marks and a laminate bubble. Opting for a replacement, the second table arrived in worse condition, featuring identical scuffs and a prominent diagonal crack on the side. Regrettably, my experience with this company discourages any future orders.

You got me the chair, but where's the ottoman hiding? Your help crew is MIA on this, and the chair's just collecting dust without its partner. So frustrated that I ended up biting the bullet and ordered another one – that's a whopping $448 down the drain ($349 for the ottoman and $99 for shipping). This has gotta be the worst online shopping nightmare I've ever waltzed into. Not cool at all. Future orders? Nah, not happening.

I've been trying to work with your Chatbot, submitted all the pictures and info needed, but no response yet (1 day after). As a r.e. developer, it's hard to use your products for projects without speaking to anyone or getting quick resolution for a simple error.

Bought a coffee table that came right on schedule. Yet, after a month, it fell to pieces by itself when I tried to move it. Not sure why the quality was so poor, but I reached out to customer service and thankfully got a refund. It's unfortunate the table broke, but at least I got my money back.
