Yo, check this out! So, my Panasonic projector needed a new lamp, and prices in the UK were sky-high, like $150-$200 for a compatible replacement. But guess what? I stumbled upon Jaspertronics from a Google search, and they hooked me up with an OEM replacement for half the price! Even with international shipping thrown into the mix, I got a top-notch product and saved big. The shipping was a breeze, took less than a week, and their communication game was on point. I've been dealing with Anthony Garrido for nearly two years now. Being Italian, having connections is important to me. Anthony is my go-to guy for bulbs. Need bulbs? Let me call my guy. I appreciate salespeople who are friendly and don't rush me off the phone. With Anthony, we can chat about personal stuff first, like family, before getting to business. That's why I keep going back. I rely on Jaspertronics and Anthony for all my bulb needs. With three facilities and 30 projectors, I need someone reliable to deal with. That's Jaspertronics, that's my guy Anthony.

Man, Sarah at customer

Man, Sarah at customer service was a champ when I was making the purchase and even when I had to call because Jasper messed up and sent the wrong part. But here's the kicker – still waiting to hear if they're gonna refund my cash. Super frustrating! Had to play paparazzi and send them a bunch of pics of the lamp they mistakenly sent. Felt like they didn't trust my word. Hoping they get their act together and sort this refund situation real soon.

Fantastic experience and a fantastic product, arrived a day later than expected, but not jaspertronics' fault. I'll definitely use jaspertronics in the future! Installed the new bulb and housing right away in my optoma hd142x and it revived my projector, the OEM option was surely the right choice! THANK YOU Jaspertronics, you have a loyal returning customer for many years!

Ugh, got a new lamp from

Ugh, got a new lamp from Jaspertronics, and guess what? It decided to clock out after just a week. Bummer, right? Tried to get a replacement, and this dude Anthony made it a whole ordeal. Like, come on, I just want a working lamp, not a headache. Here's to hoping they sort it out because a lamp that lasts less than a week? Not cool.
