a real letdown with the portrait situation. Edited it all up, but none of those changes made the final cut. What's worse? No one's batting an eye at my emails about being totally bummed out. Communication game strong at the start, but once that portrait ships, it's like they ghost you. Definitely not feeling the love on this one.

Got the picture, and it's a beauty! Came in just in time before Christmas, so that's a win. But, the only hiccup? Still waiting on a working link to check out the digital copy I forked out cash for. Come on, folks, let's get that link sorted. Other than that, pretty happy with the picture-perfect part!

Terrible time dealing with this company.

Terrible time dealing with this company. I shelled out £144 for my order and after hounding them for weeks, they finally sent me a preview. It was awful. Not even close to what I asked for. When I asked for a refund, they only offered me £40. Horrible experience. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

This site is a scam. I got my order on time but what I got looked nothing like the pics I sent. Poorly photoshopped and no replies from them for a replacement or refund. Better off avoiding this company.
