This company has been really disappointing. I've been trying to reach out to them for a whole month now, but they just won't reply. I found their listing on Google promising free shipping for In a Snap carpet tiles. I even sent them a photo as they asked, but now they're saying the order would cost $360 and shipping would be a whopping $700!

I wanted some flooring that wasn't there anymore. Only Carpet Express had it. I got the last bit because Debra spent time checking it. She's nice and knows a lot. She made sure I got what I wanted. I live in IN and contacted Jim Young and let me just tell ya he is A1 went out of his way to get me exactly what I was looking for ! I spent a whole day on the phone with other companies to tell me it was impossible to get what I was looking for but Jim made it happen! Ty for everything!
