Having a rental in a town with lots

Having a rental in a town with lots of hospitals should make finding tenants easy, but I've had my property listed for three months without any luck. Most interested parties seem to want to pay very little. One potential tenant even backed out when I asked for the names of everyone staying. When I tried to suspend my listing because the property wasn't available anymore, I couldn't even log in because the page wouldn't load. The tech side of this platform is just not up to par. Furnished Finder has been a letdown.

I'm a landlord, right? Tried canceling my listing not once, not twice, but thrice, and still, I'm bombarded with messages and emails about it. Like, come on! Deleted it, sent them emails – the whole nine yards. Got one response telling me to click a link, but surprise, surprise, that link was a dud. Not cool. No way I'm coming back to them after this circus. Going solo for finding renters from now on.

I had trouble with the F. Finder site. Michell Cardona helped me and was patient and helpful, walking me through many details. She didn't give up when I couldn't find a key selection. I'm good with computers, but not fast like my kids. They'd have quit after 5 questions. Michell was professional and made me feel valued by Furnished Finders. She deserves a raise! She represents your business well.

This company's been a total headache. It's been weeks of nothing but auto responses. I've been banging on their door for a refund, sent them requests left and right, but all I get is this auto BS. They asked me for some docs, I shot them over pronto, and guess what? Crickets. This is just a sorry excuse for a service, especially for our healthcare workers. They deserve way better than this.

I've been stuck in verification limbo for two whole weeks – tried it all, online attempts, phone calls, and even shot them a couple of emails. This $99 deal is turning into a real headache. If you're thinking of a quick listing, you might wanna think twice. Feels like a rip-off marathon right now!

After more than a year, my listing still isn't popping up when people search. I've tried everything to finish setting it up and reached out to customer service, which seems to be nonexistent. This company is a total scam. The website and the company itself are just awful!
