YOU MIGHT GET THE STUFF THEY SELL AFTER A MONTH OR YOU MIGHT GET NOTHING AT ALL. I DID GET MY ORDER AFTER 3 WEEKS WHICH TO BE HONEST A FIVE YEAR OLD COULD HAVE MADE AND PROBALY DID.

Furthermore, there's been no confirmation email for my purchase; instead, I received an email inquiring about my satisfaction. Clearly, I'm far from satisfied, and it's evident that the company should prioritize improving its actual service rather than just seeking feedback. This experience leaves much to be desired.

Well, I must say, my initial experience with this company has been rather disappointing. Despite the indication that they operate in the UK, my parcel, ordered on the 2nd of December, has yet to arrive. What's more perplexing is that when I tracked the shipment, it seems to be coming all the way from Canada. Twelve days have passed, and I'm still waiting. As a Forces Veteran, I'm not happy with this. The customer service has completely ignored me. I won't ever buy from this company again. The service is terrible, and the item is cheap with no quality. The instruction booklet is brief and tiny. I wouldn't even give it to a charity shop. Shameful service.

Attempts to seek assistance are met with unhelpful responses, and the absence of proper refund procedures exacerbates the issue. Labubu Limited persistently evades accountability, continuously reemerging with new domains and Facebook pages. Stay clear of this deceptive operation!

I paid £22.99 for a Vintage T9 Trimmer Professional trimmer. Shipping and handling added another £4.99, making the total £27.98. The delivery time was 10-15 days, which feels very long for the high shipping cost. The item came from China, and I suspect it was bought on Aliexpress for a much lower price, from around £0.64 to a few pounds. I suggest you look for similar products elsewhere to find a better deal instead of just going with the first price you see. I reached out to customer service, but it’s been over a week with no response.

Should have read the reviews before purchasing , item arrived it would not hold any charge so unless . E mailed them four times for advice or return the item or exchange . No return email from them and no other way of contacting them . Stay clear in my view £28 wasted .

It was simple to buy this product and find it on your website since I had seen your ad on my laptop. The ad really caught my attention after showing what the shaver could do, and what stood out the most to me was how the shaver easily removed a full beard. Given the price, I thought it would be worth giving it a shot to see if it could live up to what was shown in the ad. I actually came across the ad last night while watching Taylor’s afloat YouTube channel, and it popped up during their Vlog about a canal breach. After watching, I decided to buy and even saved the ad on my laptop so I wouldn’t forget the company name.

Georgeshop keeps sending me emails all the time. I have opted out at least 7 times and even wrote them to say that I would escalate things if I got another email. That email arrived today. I stop any dealings with companies that don't respect their customers. Because of this, they won’t get any money from me. If they can't handle a simple request, how can they be trusted with bigger issues?

Order arrived on the 5th of October. The nail trimmer looks nice, had a quick glance at it and used it right away. It works fast and does the job well. My only issue is that I can't seem to open the small dust bin to empty it, but I'm sure I'll figure it out soon. Still deserves 5 stars. Good quality, seems well built. Pleased with my buy. The product itself works well and feels solid, just like shown in your video. But, I was disapointed that Yodel took 13 days to deliver, even with a Bank Holiday included. For the level of service provided, the £4.99 charge for packaging and delivery seems too much. To lower this, maybe use a smaller box or a bubble wrap envelope that fits through a normal letterbox. That way, you wouldn’t need to use Yodel, which has a confusing tracking system and asks for strange "safe" choices if you’re out. Using Royal Mail instead could be quicker—maybe 3 days—and cheaper too.

Just got the mini shaver today and had a few days of growth, so gave it a go right away. Have to say, for such a small gadget, it does a prety good job. I can see it being useful, especially for trips. Worth the money 👍
