In an attempt to seek assistance, I reached out to your customer care department via email, only to discover that the response time can be up to three days. My primary concern lies in the absence of a human touch and the lack of a telephone number for direct communication. Depending solely on emails leaves much to be desired when it comes to addressing customer issues promptly. To borrow a well-known phrase, "C'mon, it's not rocket science." Given my circumstances, I would prefer to receive the original order and the one I placed today rather than opting for a refund. This urgency stems from the fact that I still have several people to buy for, and being virtually housebound, I lack convenient nearby options for shopping. I eagerly await your prompt response and resolution to this matter.

George shop is a deceptive entity. Regrettably, I made a purchase, only to discover that the money went to a fraudulent company, Labubu Limited, part of the Uniqueness Scam Network. Operating as a sham, they lure customers with various products through Facebook and Instagram ads, presenting an illusion of legitimacy. However, the reality is grim – customers receive nothing, fake items, or products vastly different from the advertised ones. Attempts to seek assistance are met with unhelpful responses, and the absence of proper refund procedures exacerbates the issue. Labubu Limited persistently evades accountability, continuously reemerging with new domains and Facebook pages. Stay clear of this deceptive operation!

I bought a vegetable slicer from this company, but it arrived damaged. It's made in China and only slices vegetables. I wanted to return it for a refund, but each time I email them, I just get delivery information back. They haven't responded directly about returning the item. It cost £29.00. As a Forces Veteran, I'm not happy with this. The customer service has completely ignored me. I won't ever buy from this company again. The service is terrible, and the item is cheap with no quality. The instruction booklet is brief and tiny. I wouldn't even give it to a charity shop. Shameful service.

The smart product is good, priced fairly with a £2 discount from YouTube. It's very useful, but there's a considerable delivery delay. However, once delivered, it was legitimate, alleviating online scam concerns. Ordering new items separately today lacked discounts and the ability to consolidate orders for simultaneous delivery. The abundance of diagrams is helpful, and the product quality is satisfactory.

Well, I must say, my initial experience with this company has been rather disappointing. Despite the indication that they operate in the UK, my parcel, ordered on the 2nd of December, has yet to arrive. What's more perplexing is that when I tracked the shipment, it seems to be coming all the way from Canada. Twelve days have passed, and I'm still waiting. Not exactly a stellar start to my customer journey.

The box came all squished, but luckily the gadget inside was fine. I tried to slice veggies with it, but the instructions for making chips or julienne were impossible to understand. The diagrams were tiny, even with a magnifying glass, and still didn't make sense. I'm returning the chopper and want a refund, including the return postage.
