I used to have an AHS home warranty. While shopping at SAM's Club, a CINCH salesperson approached me. I switched to CINCH because I was told they only charge a deductible for certain categories of items and use their own technicians. However, that's not true. When I filed a claim for my refrigerator and washer, I had to pay a $120.00 deductible for each. Also, the service is done by an outside vendor for CINCH/SAM's. I feel I was misled by the sales rep just to make a sale. AHS's warranty was better in my opinion. Be careful if a CINCH rep approaches you at SAM's Club; you might be misled too.

Absolutely dreadful. Steer clear. Their service personnel wreak havoc instead of fixing issues; my floors are now a disaster, and they mishandled the refrigerator compressor. The company goes to great lengths to dodge service responsibilities. Connecting with helpful agents is an arduous task, and you'll likely end up conversing with someone struggling with English proficiency, mechanically guiding through authentication steps without the authority to offer real assistance.

Failed to mention that my zip code doesn’t really have service providers. It would have been difficult to use your insurance to my benefit. I would have had to do all the legwork to find repair people. Managed to cancel policy the same day.

My experience with cinch was good. It was my first time with them and everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly. They answered all my questions. I am happy with my decision.

My involvement with Cinch was fine. Shannon Lee was helpful. I considered 10 home warranty firms. Cinch cost a bit more, but I chose them for good customer aid. I trust my choice.

The job they assigned to do the service never show up. Tired calling the service people and they don't respond at all. Try to find who can guarantee working for your company.
