    I had a question on a ring size and whether the band ran narrow or wide. Support replied the next morning and asked for a photo of a current ring as reference, then suggested a half size up. They were professional and clear, and even linked to their size guide. My order arrived a bit late, which I’d seen mentioned in reviews, but the fit was right. I did recieve two follow-up emails checking if I needed anything else, which I appreciated.

I felt more relaxed throughout the trip because packing and unpacking were almost automatic. For me, that’s worth the space trade. I might add their packing cubes for bulkier items. As a daily traveler, this suitcase earned its spot fast.
