They took my money for an order but the merchant couldn’t confirm the card Four gave, so the whole thing got cancelled. Then Four made me wait almost two weeks for a refund because of their error. Later, I try to place another order with almost 8 hundred dollars available, trying to get some shoes for my daughter, and they say my spending limit is too low—like seriously??? Then their bot chats with you and doesn’t get anything you say. The number in their policy says no calls yet, so there is no way to talk to anyone. You really have to fight through them just to get a simple answer.
