Thank you for everything. You’ve been helpful, and I use your service quite often, which means a lot to me. The one thing I don’t like is the new spending power feature. I liked the old system better, where you could shop and check out up to the available credit limit. Now, this new system tells you before you even enter the store whether you’ll have any buying power or not. Overall, like I said, I use you regularly, and the only downside is that, as a customer who pays off early and on time, it can be frustrating not having any buying power sometimes. But, I’m still giving you a chance to show that things will improve.
