Thank you for everything. You’ve been helpful, and I use your service quite often, which means a lot to me. The one thing I don’t like is the new spending power feature. I liked the old system better, where you could shop and check out up to the available credit limit. Now, this new system tells you before you even enter the store whether you’ll have any buying power or not. Overall, like I said, I use you regularly, and the only downside is that, as a customer who pays off early and on time, it can be frustrating not having any buying power sometimes. But, I’m still giving you a chance to show that things will improve.

I really enjoy using Four to handle my payments!

I really enjoy using Four to handle my payments! I’ve gotten many new things that I likely couldn’t afford without Four. My credit score is bad but I’m doing well with Four and I hope they start reporting to credit bureaus soon. That would be very usefull for me! Either way, I’m glad to have the chance to use Four and I truly thank them for trusting me despite my poor credit.

I am really happy I found the “Four” app! I’ve been having some issues with my credit score lately, but they still gave me a shot when other payment platforms wouldn’t. I started with a $500 limit, which was good enough for me. The only negative is the $12.99 monthly fee, but since they’re giving me an opportunity, I don’t mind paying it! I’m very thankful, thanks four!

Because of FOUR, I got many things I wouldn’t

Because of FOUR, I got many things I wouldn’t have without this payment choice. One of them is the chance to build my dream house. With building materials costing more than before and FOUR partnering with stores like Lowe’s Home Improvement, my building project is going well and so is my credit score! I’m really glad I found them and that they approved me!

Four has provided me with so many chances to buy everything I need and want! I really like using this app!

four is a useful app

four is a useful app, it’s helped me out many times, whenever i need to return something, four handles it well. the only problem is now they block access to popular stores unless i subscribe to four plus, which costs 12.99 each month. i think most people using four probably don’t have a lot of money, so with four plus, i need to reconsider what to do next.

I gave them three stars because only one of my three

I gave them three stars because only one of my three orders actually worked. First, I tried buying shoes from kids foot locker, FOUR took my money, and after two days I realized KFL never sent a tracking number or email (like they usually do). I contacted them and they had NO ORDER in my account for the one I placed. FOUR denied my claim, won’t refund me, and still there isn’t any record from the merchant. They want me to just pay, which I refuse! I will be disputing it. Next, I got a refund from ALI express after the vendor scammed me, and it took two claims and circles of effort to get it. Won’t deal with them again.

This company is unfair and dishonest.

I reached out to Pay With Four before my payment was due to say I lost my job and needed a short grace period. Their “customer service manager” Lisa ignored my problem completely and said I’d still get charged late fees. They use AI chatbots, take days to reply, and give no real help options. Instead of supporting customers who ask for help early, they punish you with fees and generic responses. I am reporting this to the right authorities, because people deserve more than a company that profits from financial troubles. Stay away from Pay With Four at all costs.

The only issue I find with FOUR

The only issue I find with FOUR is that some stores don’t send a confirmation email after you buy. Like with Shapellx, FOUR takes care of payment but the store itself doesn’t seem to know about your purchase. You won’t get any order confirmation from Shapellx either. They just send you back to FOUR. This should really be fixed because it’s annoying and confusing. Then suddenly, your Shapellx order arrives, but you have no proof or email. What if I want to return or swap something? From what I’ve seen, NIKE is the only store that actually sends confirmation emails.

Horrible! Stay away!!

Horrible! Stay away!! They keep charging without permission. I contacted them by chat and email two weeks ago to stop the payments. No one replies! Can't even delete my account.

This company acts unfair and greedy. I reached out to Pay With Four before my due date to let them know I lost my job and just needed a small grace time. Their “customer service manager” Lisa showed no care at all and said I’d still get late fees. They use chatbots to dodge real help, take forever to answer, and give no support for people in trouble. Instead of helping honest customers who try to explain early, they hit you with charges and copy replies. I’m reporting this to the right offices, because people need fair treatement, not a company that gains from others’ money problems. Stay away from Pay With Four.

They took my money for an order but the merchant couldn’t confirm the card Four gave, so the whole thing got cancelled. Then Four made me wait almost two weeks for a refund because of their error. Later, I try to place another order with almost 8 hundred dollars available, trying to get some shoes for my daughter, and they say my spending limit is too low—like seriously??? Then their bot chats with you and doesn’t get anything you say. The number in their policy says no calls yet, so there is no way to talk to anyone. You really have to fight through them just to get a simple answer.

I really want to join others and start a class action against this company, and trust me, it will happen soon! You pay for a plan just to access simple stores but still can't buy anything. I have paid everything on time, yet my balance shows $0. It's fine, I am not paying again. Believe it!
