No package, no refund, no contact

I ordered from this shop a few weeks ago. I received an email saying it was delivered- but was not. So I contacted customer support- who said they would look into their logistics team because according to them it was delivered. Then- they ghosted me. I have been emailing support at least once a day to check in- no one has responded. So at this point, not only do I not think I will ever receive my package, I doubt they will refund me. Their support s*** because you can't call, and after the first contact being so fast- now it's just radio silence. AND THEIR WEBSITE CLAIMS A 30 DAY REFUND! This was so unprofessional for a website that claims they are working for a good cause- which at this point I am starting to doubt. That's the whole reason I shopped with them- and now I regret not just going on ETSY or Amazon. Be wary if you are ordering- they seem to be great, but then you're left with unanswered emails

I placed an order for two bags a fortnight ago, and aside from the initial confirmation, there has been no further communication. Despite reaching out to inquire about the shipping status, I have yet to receive a response. While I was initially drawn to their purpose, the lack of communication has left me feeling disappointed with the overall experience.

I really like my "You make me smile" canvas bag. I got two! One for me, one for my buddy. I got 'em in orange - love the color! The canvas is tough, and I dig the insert color too. Can you tell how much I like my bag? And 20% of proceeds go to the International Association for Suicide Prevention (also fundraise for AFSP-American foundation for suicide prevention personally).

The bags are well made and always make me happy whenever I see them. The extra smile cap that came with the order is a nice touch. My husband and son each got one too. I’d definitely buy these bags again. Good quality, exactly what I was looking for.

Terrible Hoodies

I was very excited to get these hoodies and when I got them they are the worst quality material cheap which is very upsetting, and then they have iron on plastic for the decals which is just as cheap. I'm so unsatisfied with my purchase. The only thing I will say that I liked was the purse. But I would not recommend ordering from this company the quality of the sweatshirts is just horrible. I was going to gift one away and I won't even give it away as a gift. Too embarrassing

Terrible all around

Where to even begin, It says 6-8 days for delivery and I waiting for over two weeks with no communication, the tracking link is some company I’ve never heard of and it doesn’t update. I wanted to buy these hoodies for ages thinking they would be great and handmade from this company and worthwhile for a mental health cause with positive motivations comments some people needs but they have just used this to get money it seems and pasted it on their t-shirts like I swear you would get these on TEMU probably for miles cheaper and it’s exactly the same. I read all the review and it sounded legit but as time passed it seemed more and more like a scam. I bought two hoodies in the sale and spend £45 including postage and I am honestly appalled, the items are from China, they are the cheapest material that you know will pluck in a second and will boble after one wash/use. This is terrible clothing, I’ve contacted them to ask where my parcel was it took them ages to respond, day by day I am contacting them for a refund as I want my money back and they take ages to respond and then offer an exchange like why would I want an exchange when I am sending them back for their crap quality, why would I want more crap. I am still waiting for them to accept a full refund so I can send these products back, the emails have been going on since the 12th with the same response from them. Customer service is just in an email so you wait ages for contact and seems like they will do anything to not provide a money refund.

Scam!

I'm disappointed that this site implies to support the vulnerable people, but mistreats the ones who wants to support that! I loved the idea so I ordered a bag. I asked costumer service when why my bag would arrive. They told me on that the bag in Purple wasn't available anymore. So I ordered another color. I emailed again that nothing had arrived. They would work on it. Still nothing, but the worst is they don't reply my emails anymore. So I think this site is a scam, be aware!

This is a total scam

I ordered several items, including a jumper, a few bags, and some accessories, and unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing. The products look nothing like the photos—Temu offers much better quality for a lower price. On top of that, delivery took over a month and a half. I honestly wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

Awful products, company doesn't deliver what they advertise, cheap copies. AVOID.

Fake imitation copies of the products that they advertise - not real leather, not the same colours or patterns as shown in the photos, cheap thin materials, awful quality. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They even ignore emails asking for customer service follow up.
