Beware!!!!!

I have two separate orders totaling almost $200. The money was taken out of my account. I wanted to see where my merchandise was so I entered in my confirmation number on their website and it stated that no orders were found! I’m gonna give it a few more days and then I’m gonna legally pursue this. I reached out to the company through their contact info provided on the website and I have not heard back from them

I never received my hoodie, even tho I showed with video the delivery person walking away with the package in hand. They would not refund or send new merchandise. Poor way of making it right.

Good intentions but not great products!

I wish I could leave a good review but what I received was of inferior quality and the shipping was very long and I am not a satisfied customer. I feel that returning my two items (a bag and a sweater) would cost me more in time, money and complications.

They are a fraud covering up under the mental health umbrella. Do not order!!!💦 look on bbb. Website. It’s all from china. Again taking advantage

Good cause but poor quality hoodies, delivery and customer services

Waited ages for the hoodies to arrive, when they did arrive way after Christmas, very poor quality material, damaged and a real disappointment. Would not recommend buying and would rather give the money directly to the charity.

Poor Quality, Problems With Communication

We loved the idea of these products and everything appeared great on their website. We ordered first then looked at reviews and found many negative reviews. We contact them immediately to cancel the order. They responded promptly and told us that they would look into it. Several days later, the items shipped. Several days after that, we received another response that it was too late because the items had shipped. The clothing is very poor quality and not at all comfortable. The bags are very thin and poorly made. Great idea and can definitely support their mission, if it is legitimate, but would rather simply make a donation than receive these poorly made products.

Inferior quality items

Whilst I am an avid contributor to Mental Health support I believe the items that this company are selling at top prices are not a good reflection. The sweaters are like the quality I would expect from Shein/ Temu where you get what you pay for. Total bill for the 2 sweaters was £47.95p; abolute robbery. Buyers beware , I will ensure my circle if friends do not get caught as I have.

Quality is so poor

Long wait time from order to delivery Sweatshirt- thin, ugly, poly material, no tag to state fabric makeup, size is small side for a sweatshirt, decal looks as if it will come off after 1 wash. Bag- cute but the straps turn it from a cute bag to a cheat looking bag Free hat- cute but thin material and won’t last long I imagine- it was however free Messaged for a refund there is no way I can gift these items in good conscience. We will see if I hear from them or not. So glad I didn’t order more. 🤨🤨

Cheap polyester material

I really wanted to love this product but I was so disappointed. Material is a cheap nylon or polyester fabric. There isn’t even a tag in it to tell me what I’m wearing. The message is like an iron on sticker, not even as good as a vinyl transfer. Customer service stinks. Emails went ignored and the only phone number is out of service.

Just got my 4th and 5th hoody

Just got my 4th and 5th hoody 🙈😀 Also grabbed my 2nd and 3rd tees. I really like the quality and most of all, the message they share. I will wear them proudly in Belgium this autumn and winter. I really like The Bags and my cap. Great materials and nice design. The only thing that needs work is the hoodie. The design looks nice but the material is polyester. I can't wear it.

Terrible Hoodies

I was very excited to get these hoodies and when I got them they are the worst quality material cheap which is very upsetting, and then they have iron on plastic for the decals which is just as cheap. I'm so unsatisfied with my purchase. The only thing I will say that I liked was the purse. But I would not recommend ordering from this company the quality of the sweatshirts is just horrible. I was going to gift one away and I won't even give it away as a gift. Too embarrassing

Awful products, company doesn't deliver what they advertise, cheap copies. AVOID.

Fake imitation copies of the products that they advertise - not real leather, not the same colours or patterns as shown in the photos, cheap thin materials, awful quality. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They even ignore emails asking for customer service follow up.
