    Tried Dogwise for potty training my puppy, and I'm kinda torn. My pup came back still not quite trained, and I felt the pinch in my wallet. Plus, not seeing my pup for so long was tough. Things went a bit haywire when one trainer had a medical emergency and we had to switch trainers. Ryan, our first trainer, seemed good for big dogs, but my little guy didn't get much from it. And no updates? Not cool. Then came Njoud, and she was a game-changer! She’s amazing, always keeps me in the loop with updates, and even taught me a few tricks. We still see her, and she's fantastic. So, Dogwise? Meh. But Njoud? Absolutely!

    I never received my package. It indicated it was returned to sender.. when I emailed about this, they assured me that it was on its way. In fact, the tracking information indicated no change in it haven’t been returned to them. I emailed several times later and have not heard back.

    We waited for the charcoal cover to restock, then ordered the large round. Email updates were clear and the fit by breed chart helped. Build feels premium, but dispatch lagged a week during sale season. Worth it for our rottie.
