I bought their dog teeth cleaning kits (big and small) for my two dogs. They cost a lot, $55, and came with only a few chews. I signed up for a subscription and tracking said refills were on the way. They never showed up, then refills were sent again and arrived at the same time as my second order. After that, a third box came a few weeks later even though I had already canceled. They charge more than the subscription price for extra orders and want me to pay for shipping to send back the last box (they took the money from my credit card automatically). I used their “chat” twice trying to cancel faster.
This company is the worst I’ve ever used. Besides bad service, I don’t see any change in my dogs’ teeth. My groomer thinks the same.
