    I put my order in on January 4th. I haven’t received it and when I asked questions on their site I was ignored. A lot of other questions were answered.

    I ordered one bottle of the ear cleaner for $39.99 and included was a supposedly “free gift” of doggie vitamins that would normally cost $50. I received this shipment but was charged for the supposed “ free gift” and my bill total was $89.99. Then they also sent me another package of 3 bottles of the ear cleaner of which I didn’t order or open hoping to return them. I’m guessing I will get nowhere with customer service to get my refund. I absolutely cannot afford all that they charged me. I don’t know what to do to resolve this issue. Please help…

    I ordered the t-shirt for my wife with five cats and was very happy with the product. The only thing I would caution is because the product comes from China is to order a sizer larger. I ordered a large for my wife, who normally wear a woman's medium and it fits fine.
