Well, my experience with the company wasn't great. I ordered something, but it never showed up, even though it's been a month and a half. I couldn't track my order, and when I reached out to customer service, they didn't have any useful information, just that it's on its way. I really needed the item for the season, but now I've missed out on it. I just want a refund at this point.

I contacted them for instructions on replacing the wind switch. They mentioned checking if a video could be made and assured me of a callback. Unfortunately, I never received a call back, instructions, or a video. It's puzzling why they sell replacement parts without providing guidance on how to replace them.

My order hasn't shown up, and it's been over a month and a half. There's no way to track it, and when I contacted customer service, they couldn't provide any additional information beyond saying it's on its way. I'm frustrated, missed the entire season I was counting on, and would appreciate a refund.

It took nearly two months

It took nearly two months to process and ship my order. When I decided to return the item because I no longer needed it, the return process is equally prolonged before receiving a return label to ship it back. Despite the administrative issues, the actual Shernbao dryer is great.

The cordless clippers and the scissors are really good.

The cordless clippers and the scissors are really good. I cut my 2 Shih Tzus hair on one charge and I still have 3 bars on the display. I have a corded Andis clippers and I don’t think I’ll have a need for them so I’ll just put them away.

I rang up asking how to swap the wind switch. They said they'd check if they could make a video and promised to call back. But no call, no instructions, no video. Why sell parts without telling how to use them?
