A product that doesn't deliver on its intended function

My experience with this product has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite the manufacturer's claims, it consistently fails to update the temperature reading in the app as promised. Even when I attempt to manually refresh the data, it often remains stagnant. The result is a product that doesn't deliver on its intended function. To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service regarding these issues, I received no response whatsoever. This combination of an ineffective product and poor customer service has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential customers not to waste their money on this product, as it simply doesn't perform as it should.

The product falls short of its promised functionality. Contrary to its claim of updating the temperature reading in the app every 15 minutes, it rarely updates and does not respond to manual refresh attempts, rendering the product practically useless. Despite sharing my concerns with a customer service representative, I have yet to receive any response. A combination of an ineffective product and lackluster customer service makes it advisable to avoid investing your money in this product.

I've owned the Waggle monitor

I've owned the Waggle monitor for a year, and it has never functioned correctly. It consistently sends a barrage of text and email alerts, claiming that the temperature in my RV is 20-30 degrees higher than it actually is. Despite attempts to reset the monitor, the issue persists. After a year of paying for the subscription and the monitor itself, I've decided to give up entirely. It has been a complete waste of money.

Aftor doing lotsa research and buying Waggle, we tried it for a week before losing our dog suddenly. I emailed to cancel my subscription and asked for a refund. Waggle replied fast and gave me back money for the unused time. They didn't need to, but they did. I'm thankful for this nice experience while we mourn our dog. We'll use Waggle again when we get another pet. Thanx!

The functionality is acceptable, yet the monthly subscription proves excessively costly, and the inability to power down the unit is bewildering. It's absurd that there's no option to switch it off unless waiting for the battery to deplete. Opting for a Bluetooth thermometer seems a more rational choice to evade the exorbitant monthly fees.

Though I haven’t had my monitor for long, it’s been great so far. During some recent work on an external outlet that needed power to be shut off, the monitor gave me quick updates and kept track of the temperature. It’s nice to know I can stay informed about my power status and not stress too much about my pets while I’m away.

I was happy with the customer service. Very helpful. Also, the product is really important & easy to use. Ordering was quick & efficient. I highly recommend this for pet owners. They include 2 stickers & 1 car tag so people know you have your pet’s environment being monitored.
