    I got a Waggle Camera

    I got a Waggle Camera a while back, hoping to keep an eye on my pets during trips. Initially, I couldn't use it because my old dog needed my attention. Sadly, after he passed, I decided to set it up for my other pets, only to find out the app was no longer supported. I reached out to Waggle, and they surprised me by sending a brand-new camera for free! They were super fast with shipping and really helpful when I had questions. I'm genuinely grateful for their kindness and can't wait to finally use it to check in on my pets while I'm away. Such a thoughtful gesture really made a difference for me!

    Our Waggle gadget has been a total game changer for us. We rely on it to keep tabs on our RV for our fur baby, Cadence, and it’s super handy during the chilly months to track those freezing temps inside. What’s really cool is that it runs on Verizon, so we’ve got solid signal almost everywhere. There was this one time we hit a patch in the Arizona desert where it dropped for a few miles, but honestly, that was it. Otherwise, the coverage has been spot on. It’s comforting knowing we can count on it to keep our little home on wheels safe and sound, no matter where we roam.

    I've owned the Waggle monitor

    I've owned the Waggle monitor for a year, and it has never functioned correctly. It consistently sends a barrage of text and email alerts, claiming that the temperature in my RV is 20-30 degrees higher than it actually is. Despite attempts to reset the monitor, the issue persists. After a year of paying for the subscription and the monitor itself, I've decided to give up entirely. It has been a complete waste of money.

    Aftor doing lotsa research and buying Waggle, we tried it for a week before losing our dog suddenly. I emailed to cancel my subscription and asked for a refund. Waggle replied fast and gave me back money for the unused time. They didn't need to, but they did. I'm thankful for this nice experience while we mourn our dog. We'll use Waggle again when we get another pet. Thanx!

    Though I haven’t had my monitor for long

    Though I haven’t had my monitor for long, it’s been great so far. During some recent work on an external outlet that needed power to be shut off, the monitor gave me quick updates and kept track of the temperature. It’s nice to know I can stay informed about my power status and not stress too much about my pets while I’m away.

    The product and customer service are really good. This is my second Waggle, as I recently got a newer unit. Like before, it works well and gives us peace of mind when we have to leave our cocker spaniel in the Motorhome at a campsite.

    I was happy with the customer service. Very helpful. Also, the product is really important & easy to use. Ordering was quick & efficient. I highly recommend this for pet owners. They include 2 stickers & 1 car tag so people know you have your pet’s environment being monitored.

    Pretty easy buy.

    Pretty easy buy. Delivery was super quick and setup was real simple. Subscription costs quite a bit, even with the best deal I got. Probably won’t use the service much during the 24 months I’m paying for.

    I've been to Waggles Charlotte

    I've been to Waggles Charlotte in Ballantyne a bunch of times since it’s close to home and perfect for quick visits with my kids. Initially, the staff was friendly, especially when my application was still in the works. But things took a turn. Lately, it feels like every visit is a different story, and not in a good way. The staff seems to limit which puppies we get to see and sets rules that change every time, sometimes with a bit of a snippy attitude. What used to feel like a welcoming, family-friendly place now feels more like a sales pitch, and if you’re not buying right away, it's like you're invisible. A consistent and respectful customer service experience should be the norm, no matter what. Wouldn’t recommend based on how we’ve been treated.

    My experience with this product has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite the manufacturer's claims, it consistently fails to update the temperature reading in the app as promised. Even when I attempt to manually refresh the data, it often remains stagnant. The result is a product that doesn't deliver on its intended function. To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service regarding these issues, I received no response whatsoever. This combination of an ineffective product and poor customer service has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential customers not to waste their money on this product, as it simply doesn't perform as it should.

They said they fixed it and closed the ticket, but I never heard from them to confirm or check if it was really resolved. It's disappointing when a product you rely on doesn't work right, and the customer service doesn't follow through. I honestly expected better support and a more reliable product. If you're thinking of using the Waggle pet alarm, you might want to think twice before dealing with these issues.

    I use this to keep

    I use this to keep an eye on my K9 partner in the cruiser, and it’s really been a game-changer. Whenever I'm away from the vehicle, I can quickly check the conditions inside and make sure he's alright. The GPS feature is fantastic, especially in case the monitor gets stolen. You do need cell service for it, but it'll let you know if service or power is lost. I wish the battery lasted longer or that replacement batteries were available, as my first one was always plugged in and the constant on/off wore it out. Despite that, the peace of mind it gives me is absolutely worth it.

    Got Waggle to keep tabs on my dog, and it's been a game-changer. Picture quality is top-notch, and the two-way audio is a lifesaver. I can check in on my pup and chat with him, which keeps both of us calm. Only thing that could make it better? If the camera could move up and down. That'd help a lot to catch all the action. Overall, really happy with it and it's definitely made life easier for both me and my furry buddy.

    Man, I don't get how

    Man, I don't get how people are saying the customer service is good. My experience has been a nightmare! They want me to shell out for return shipping on a monitor they said would work without Verizon service. Guess what? It doesn't. Supposedly, the replacement is compatible with other services, but I have my doubts. Plus, the link they gave me to pay $7.65 for return postage triggered my security software. I bought the Pro +, camera, and prepaid for two years of Verizon service. Now I'm stuck with a useless product and a shady payment link. This whole thing reeks. Absolute worst customer service ever!
