    So far this is nothing but a headache. It doesn't work without an App. I'm old, I don't do Apps. I don't even know how to scan a QR code. I finally fought my way through the process and the first thing I got was Application error and now it's stuck. It says contact customer support. Phone is disconnected e-mail, no reply. What a terrible idea this was!

    Our 7 lb pup finally stopped barking at the doorbell. We used only sound and vibration with lots of treats. The fit is gentle and it actually looks tidy on a small neck.
