I tried out this cat food trial hoping it’d be a hit with my picky kitty. Well, turns out she wasn’t a fan at all. Imagine my surprise when, out of nowhere, another box showed up two weeks later! They sneakily signed me up for auto-ship without a heads-up. I reached out right away after getting their shipping email, but they told me there’s no refund option, just future cancellations. Now I'm sorting this mess out with my credit card company. It’s frustrating, to say the least. I just wanted to find something my cat would love, not deal with this mess. Not a happy camper here, that's for sure.
