    MInden céget a panaszkezelése jellemez a legjobban. A Zooplus a legkiválóbb cég ebben. A DPD -nél kiloptak a csomagomból egy 29 ezer forint értékű terméket és a Zooplus elnézést kért. Azonnal felajánlották, hogy vagy visszaküldik a termék árát, vagy kiküldik a terméket. És másnapra megküldték futárral az ellopott terméket. Azt gondolom, hogy ez mindent elárul arról, hogy mennyire ügyfélbarát a cég és milyen az üzletpolitikájuk.

    So, I ordered this pet food online, thinking it was gonna be great because the website looked super fancy. But, wow, was I wrong. First off, they never mentioned the size of the bag. I ended up paying over $60 for what was supposed to be 12 ounces of food, but it was less when I actually weighed it. Such a rip-off! And my pets? They won't even touch it. Feels like I wasted my money on something they'll never eat. The shipping was another nightmare. Couldn't track it at all, and it took forever to show up. Plus, they keep pushing you to buy more stuff you don’t need. Seriously, save your money and shop somewhere else.
