    So, I tried ordering from this company, and the whole experience was pretty frustrating. My order was supposed to ship on the 25th, but five days later, the carrier's website still said it was "en route for processing." I reached out through their online chat, but the reps didn't seem too bothered by the delay. They told me to wait until it had been seven days, even though it was clear the package never shipped. After more calls and explaining the situation multiple times, they finally decided to send a replacement. It took three more days for the order to show as shipped. Plus, when ordering, I had to wade through endless pages of upselling. While the product itself is decent, the service and overall experience were disappointing. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

    I had an experience that left me a bit frustrated. I was picking up a prescription and, honestly, waiting over 30 minutes felt unnecessary. It's like, why should it take that long? Then there's the mail-order service. I thought it’d be convenient, but it was slower than expected and way more expensive compared to just popping by the local pharmacy. It seems a bit off to pay double for something that takes longer. And let’s talk about consultations — 10 minutes just doesn’t cut it. It’s hard to get all your questions answered in such a short time. Overall, there's definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of efficiency and cost.

    I ordered some dog food from Badlands on November 29th, thinking it would be a smooth process. They charged my Visa right away and promised delivery by December 6th. Got an email saying it shipped on December 1st with a tracking number. Checked on the 6th, and it was supposedly "out for delivery," but it didn’t show up. Two more days passed, and still nothing. Called them up, and they casually mentioned it never actually shipped. I checked Reddit and the BBB and found lots of folks with the same issues. It’s hard to tell if it's just bad management or if they’re hoping people will just give up. I hope Katherine Heigl isn’t endorsing something so unreliable.
