Website claims to price match, but that's not true. I've always bought Arden Grange for my dogs from Swell Pets. Delivery is quick and no issues until now. Their site promises "Lowest price guarantee, find it cheaper, we'll beat it." Usually, they're competitive, but I found 2 x 12KG Arden Grange at Bitiba.co.uk for £52.99, while they priced it at £55.99. It's only £3, but I called them to ask why pay more for the same thing. They knew about it but wouldn't match the price, saying Arden Grange had just increased prices. So, 3 stars from me: 5 stars before, but 0 stars for not being truthful

I used to rely on
I used to rely on this company for all my equipment and live food needs, but lately, things have really changed. Prices have shot up, and the customer service has seriously gone downhill. It's kind of disappointing because I don't exactly know when this shift happened, but it feels like it was pretty sudden. I used to feel valued as a customer, and now it seems like they don't care as much. It's frustrating because I loved their stuff, but with these changes, I've had to start looking for other options. I decided to try ordering some live aquarium food—water daphnia and black worms—from this company. They had a minimum order for the daphnia, so I went for it, paying extra for express delivery. I got an order confirmation, and soon after, an email saying my items were dispatched by another company. But guess what? No tracking numbers were provided, and I never got an email from this mysterious third party. Days passed, and nothing arrived. It's frustrating because these are live items that should be delivered quickly. Reaching out to the company's support was a nightmare—no response to emails or contact forms, and their phone line is useless. Honestly, I'm starting to think this whole thing’s a scam. If nothing happens soon, I’m reporting them.

I ordered a vivarium from this company, hoping for next-day delivery. Three weeks later, nothing. I kept calling and emailing, only to hear that the Christmas rush was causing delays. Finally, they admitted it was lost and sent a replacement. When it arrived, the quality wasn't up to par, so I decided to return it. Getting the return info was a nightmare—took over a week and multiple calls and emails. They got the return back in two days, thank goodness I had proof. But then, the refund took over four weeks and countless follow-ups. I spent hours on hold, feeling frustrated and ignored. What a hassle!

Very bad service.
Very bad service. I ordered a pond liner on the 24th of August. I was told that it had been sent out on the 26th of August. Today, the 6th of September, it has still not shown up. The tracking number from Yodel says they have not got it yet. Many e-mails and phone calls later, absolutely nothing has been done. Really not a simple company to work with, and nearly impossible to get any kind of answer.

Terrible customer service. Stay away. Another wrong shipment of pet food and the customer support is unhelpful. After a week and many messages (the only way to reach them), I'm still waiting for a fix. I'd prefer to pay extra somewhere else than stay with Swell.

I can't believe how bad the customer service is at Swell. They messed up my dog food delivery again, and getting them to fix it has been a nightmare. It's been a week since the wrong order showed up, and after countless messages (because that's the only way you can contact them), I’m still stuck with the wrong product. Every interaction feels like they're trying to block me rather than help. Honestly, I'd rather spend extra money somewhere else than deal with this hassle. So frustrating!

I ordered a pond liner on August 24th, and they told me it was shipped by the 26th. Here I am, it's September 6th, and still no pond liner. I checked the tracking number, and it says Yodel hasn't even got it yet. I've sent so many emails and made countless phone calls, but it's like talking to a brick wall. Seriously, dealing with this company is a nightmare. No one seems to care or respond properly. Wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for timely and reliable service.
