I have yet to still receive my package since I ordered it on end of October . Highly disappointed since is my first time ordering from them . I contacted CS they said it’s on its way . They re sent it instead of the refund let’s see .should of done my research there located in china before ordering do your research

Weeks and still no product delivered!

I ordered a harness to facilitate carrying my pug up and downstairs. It has been almost 4 weeks; and still no delivery. They told me that their website says 18 - 25 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery!? Right now, the tracking information is that the product has been stalled in Miami (40 miles from where I live) for eleven days. I think this company is a scam.

I bought a harness for my French bulldog. Even though I got the right size and it seemed to fit her well, it sat too low on her shoulders and made her uncomfortable. So, I contacted this great company to ask if I could return it and choose a better one. They told me I didn’t need to return it and gave me a credit to buy a more suitable harness. In today's world, this kind of customer service is hard to find. This company is amazing, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. I buy many things from them, and their products are always of great quality. I highly recommend them.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer beware. If you want to return something, good luck! I ordered the rocking dog bed. I had no clue it was being shipped from China until I tracked the package. I emailed customer service twice before they replied back to me. They said it will be 6-8 more days before I will receive it. I told them I wanted to cancel my order since it was taking way too long. Magically the package appeared on my door steps the very next day. The bed didn't come with instructions, so I had to google it. The bed is basically an infant seat like I used for my kids back in the 80's, only this was very cheaply made. The website says it can hold a dog up to 35 lbs. NOT TRUE AT ALL. Maybe 5-8 lbs. I tried to return it, but shipping back to China cost more than the price of the bed. So I'm stuck with a cheap no good bed that my dog can't use. The idea is cute. But don't waste your money.

The product took some time to arrive, but it is really well crafted. Our Frenchie is paralyzed, so his weight is uneven, and the item ended up being too big. Customer service quickly offered to send a replacement, and I’ve already shared the details with them. If the replacement arrives and matches the quality of the first one, I’d give them 5.5 stars!!!

I bought a jacket for my Frenchie, but it didn’t fit right. I messaged customer service and told them I wanted to return it and get a bigger size. They didn’t make me return the first jacket, and instead, they just sent me the bigger size. It fits perfect now. I'm so thanksfull!

Do not buy anything from this store

Bought a backpack for my French bulldog the zip failed on the third use and my dog would have fallen out and been either seriously injured or have died if someone wasn’t standing behind me. This happened 3 weeks after I bought the backpack company refuses to refund or repair or take any responsibility because I am one week out of their 2 weeks after return policy. Avoid this company they don’t stand behind their products they sell.

Garbage- sold from China Garbage. Products ship from China and they don’t have transparency on their site about that. So if you need to return, you pay to return to China. Awful quality, a complete scam. Just go to Amazon.

Sizing Frenchies can be tricky because

Sizing Frenchies can be tricky because they are stocky little dogs. The XL size I picked looked right, but when it came, it was a bit too big. They’re sending me the smaller size. I believe this will work better. The jacket I got is high quality, well crafted. I’m eager to try the new one on.
