The snowsuit for Frenchies caught my eye, but the largest size didn't fit my pup. Customer service assisted with a hassle-free one-time exchange for a different item. While I couldn't get the desired product, the prompt resolution left me satisfied with the service.

I just got the wrong harness size for my frenchie and let them know. They were really nice about it! They helped me fast and even gave me a different harness for free. I'll keep getting stuff for my frenchie from here.

The items from this company are nice and my baby realy enjoys them. But I wanted to change a coat for a larger size in November and still haven’t got it. I’ve written 4 emails but no one has answered me. It’s cold now and I need that coat already.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer beware. If you want to return something, good luck! I ordered the rocking dog bed. I had no clue it was being shipped from China until I tracked the package. I emailed customer service twice before they replied back to me. They said it will be 6-8 more days before I will receive it. I told them I wanted to cancel my order since it was taking way too long. Magically the package appeared on my door steps the very next day. The bed didn't come with instructions, so I had to google it. The bed is basically an infant seat like I used for my kids back in the 80's, only this was very cheaply made. The website says it can hold a dog up to 35 lbs. NOT TRUE AT ALL. Maybe 5-8 lbs. I tried to return it, but shipping back to China cost more than the price of the bed. So I'm stuck with a cheap no good bed that my dog can't use. The idea is cute. But don't waste your money.

Do not buy anything from this store

Bought a backpack for my French bulldog the zip failed on the third use and my dog would have fallen out and been either seriously injured or have died if someone wasn’t standing behind me. This happened 3 weeks after I bought the backpack company refuses to refund or repair or take any responsibility because I am one week out of their 2 weeks after return policy. Avoid this company they don’t stand behind their products they sell.

Garbage- sold from China Garbage. Products ship from China and they don’t have transparency on their site about that. So if you need to return, you pay to return to China. Awful quality, a complete scam. Just go to Amazon.
