So, for all those who have ordered or intend ordering from this company, my experience has been really good. I ordered my 'Heartgard' for Heartworm, roundworms and hookworms protection. The order took two weeks to arrive, which I expected since this is a fulfillment house based in Singapore. Now shipping is free and price is great so $35.00 total cost was a relief since USA-based meds were 100% more!! What a rip, eh? Anyway, they arrived, I checked out the batch # and exp date and sent an email to Boehinger Ingelheim group in Australia to verify. They sent me a case # and their USA-based contact. He verified the batch number is indeed from his company but said since it wasn't manufactured for the USA market he couldn't recommend using it. I'm sure the pet med industry wrote a protected clause somewhere. So conclusion is this medication is just fine. Same ingredients same dosage just same outrageous drug cost for USA dog meds as for humans. Just fine. PS: DO NOT buy any heartworm meds anywhere unless you have had your dog tested for heartworm first!!

BudgetPetCare.com's site isn't working in California, likely due to CA customs/shipping issues. But, they're still sending to other states (I called 800-840-2008 to check). I've bought Heartgard (heartworm) and Nextgard (fleas & ticks) from BudgetPetCare.com for years and have always been very happy. The meds come in original, sealed packs from the maker and are always within expiry dates. The savings are big compared to what pharmacies/vets charge here in the U.S. I’ve always been able to reach customer service if needed and have always been promptly and politly helped. In my experience, they have been a great company. Really hope they fix these CA shipping issues soon!

The discrepancy between the stated 3 doses on the box and the added sticker claiming 6 doses raises serious doubts about the product's authenticity. Ordering 6 doses and encountering this discrepancy is concerning for my dogs' well-being. Additionally, the shift in shipping from the UK to Singapore adds another layer of uncertainty. Despite leaving reviews on the website, the lack of visibility raises questions about transparency and customer feedback management. These issues undermine my confidence in the company and its commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.

This company is an absolute disappointment. It operates like a scam, grabbing your money without delivering the promised product. Despite numerous reassurances via email, they never follow through. To add insult to injury, I received a mind-boggling 41 identical emails from them today. Seven months later, no sign of my order or a refund. Their efficiency in processing payments sharply contrasts with their incompetence in fulfilling orders. A cautionary tale to steer clear of this dubious company.

The company, it's from Canada

The company, it's from Canada, so I thought that's where the orders would be from. But guess what? The package came all the way from Singapore! Crazy, right? Then, get this, the mailing address on the invoice was right, but somehow my package ended up in a city 50 miles away! Like, what's up with that? I'm a newbie with these guys, and after this mess, I'm never going near them again. They're just terrible.

Awful service, watch out for their items, endless emails, I thought they were Canadian but got stuff from China, probably fake and not safe for pets. I've tried lots of times to unsubscribe via their site, emails, and calls, but they keep coming. Their customer service is bad and unhelpful. Had to mark their emails as spam to stop them. Watch out for this company.

Good service, wide range of choices, fair prices. There's usually a discount coupon with each order. They send the product out fast, although it takes a little longer to arrive from the U.K. We generally buy a 6-month stock a month in advance, so next-day delivery isn't required. Mostly, we shop here for the best deals.

VERY GOOD customer service!

We ordered, and after 10 days (came from Great Britain to west PA), got the wrong stuff. We messaged them and in a day they replied. Sent us the right stuff and a return envelope. Got the new stuff recently, and happy it's right. VERY GOOD customer service!

This company is not good. They took my money but didn't send what I ordered. They keep saying they'll fix it, but they don't. Today, I got 41 identical emails from them. It's weird. I've been waiting for 7 months and still nothing. Don't buy from them.
