My first attempt to use the discount for new buyers didn't work out. The extra percent off wasn't applied as advertised. I ended up paying full price for the most expensive option. The food seems decent, but at $50 for a 24 oz bag of Lamb and Venison, it's too pricey. I hoped the first problem was just a one-off, but when I tried to reorder and use it as a topper, the website was messed up again. I couldn't find my item or even log in. Talking to customer service, I felt belittled and was told the item was visible on the site, so why couldn’t I see it? Katherine, you can do better. I won’t be buying again. You need to fix your online deals and website issues, improve customer service, and find a way to lower prices unless you're only catering to Hollywood.

My dog Tucker is 12, and he's been on the same food forever. We feed him twice daily, and he munches whenever he feels like it. Recently, I tried the Badlands Ranch beef, and wow, he sprints to his bowl now. He's been a bit more energetic and seems to get up easier. Tucker's a big guy at 90 pounds, so I still mix his old food in. Just ordered the Salmon & Turkey flavor, hoping it'll be even better for him as he ages. Fingers crossed this mix keeps him happy and healthy for a long time! Thanks for making such a great, healthy option for our pets!

I purchased Super20 and fed it to my dog for about 4 days. Before that, my dog was lethargic, but after 4 days, she started playing with a new puppy and wasn't as grumpy, even though she's 9 years old. I have to mix it with wet food, though, because they won't eat it with dry food. But that's OK to get those nutrients into both of my dogs. I can tell it's going to make them very healthy and happy. It's clear because there are many promised products out there that don't work, but this product is really good!!!

My golden doodle puppy is crazy about these treats. It's like she has a sixth sense and knows exactly when I've got one, no matter how well I hide it. We've been giving them to her as rewards for about three weeks now, and she's already nailed sit and shake. Plus, she's a huge fan of the Chicken food. I'm really happy we discovered Badlands, but I just wish they came in bigger bags. Our little furball is growing so fast!
