    I called BBQ Authority about getting a Napoleon grill and some accessories, and wow, their customer service is top-notch! They answered all my questions and helped me pick the right stuff.     I had a pretty good experience with this company. Mark reached out the day before to confirm everything, which was nice, and gave me a heads-up when the technician was on the way. Kevin came by and was super helpful. He explained what needed to be done and got everything sorted without any mess left behind. He even discovered some buildup around the furnace that I hadn’t noticed before. After he finished, everything felt cleaner and more efficient. It’s not every day you find a service that actually goes the extra mile like this. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with the work they did and wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed.
